It's so easy to just click and like and maybe something make comments on her videos. But going deeper to let her know that she's appreciated says a lot. I too have have been following her for years. I long for a fresh start. I’m a homeowner, been one since age 24. I desperately need a new start, but I don’t have the funds to move. Alba, keep doing what’s best for you and your family. I love that you all move. You get to see so many different places and exist in different environments. You get to learn so much and widen your knowledge of people and the world. I wish I could do that.

My parents took a big leap almost 40 years ago and moved from PR to NYC. It was a very tough decision and caused some trauma for us. They sacrifice being away from their parents for us to have a better life. My parents moved a lot when they were growing up and my mom especially had a lot of trauma due to not really having any long lasting friendships. They did their best to keep us in same place in NYC until we graduated high school. We are grateful for the opportunity and sacrifices they made to make our lives better.
You’re such a free thinker with strong unwavering values and that’s what sets you apart from every other influencers. The desire to Own a home is programming for most people. We dont often stop to ask ourselves why we want it and if its the best for our lifestyles. I love that you did that. I too have decided its not for me because I’m nomadic in nature. And I’m happy I thought about it before going into debt for something I personally don’t value.
I completely agree with you! I moved to Texas and my job moved me to Florida and I love both Texas and Florida. My children are adults but now they homeschool their children and parental rights are so important. ❤

It’s so important to acknowledge God because many times we can get triggered to follow the worlds temptations vs doing what’s right by God’s leadership and understanding. It’s too easy to fall for social media and celebrity influence to lead the lives of others we assume are doing better but may not be under God’s law.

Yes Florida is truly special! It’s the closest thing to a Caribbean island in America! I agree, I get shocked (even though it happens commonly now) to see people I was acquainted with get so dark and take new age routes these days. Now I just began praying for them instantly when I see it pop up but before I would just ignore it and move on.
I love these videos. It always feels like I am talking with a very good friend, if that makes sense. I can relate on many topics that you speak of (homeschool, natural lifestyle, wife and mom life, faith, etc). I’m happy to hear things are going well and I totally get it. That’s why we left Long Island, too, and settled in NC since 2012. I love our freedom here and the homeschool laws are definitely so much better than NY. We did not want our children to have the upbringing my husband and I did in the area we grew up in. Oh, and I felt what you felt when you mentioned the movie. I hear you. My husband dreams of working with Disney. We went with a leap of faith. We didn't know anyone in central Florida. It worked fine until my husband had a heart attack at work in the kitchen. It was hard but I called his daughter which moved a year after we moved to central Florida. Then called his son then I was not alone. I thank God that he pulled through. Then we had to move back to Miami. Which we don't like Miami. We miss central Florida. The people are different in central Florida.
May God continue to bless you and your family. I also hope services for Little Manny are more extensive throughout the country. I work in the field with Autistic and Intellectually disabled individuals and they often leave NY because of the expense, but end up coming right back because of lack of services in other states.

I’ve been watching since before you transitioned to the natural lifestyle. I’ve always wondered what kept you motived and inspired to continue to create content. A lot of the OG’s talk about how things have changed and how it affected their love to create content. I kind of miss the way TH-cam used to be.
I miss old TH-cam too! Even as a TH-cam user (not just content creator) it’s different! Now when we log into TH-cam we are taken to the “for you page” as our entry instead of your subscription page which is what it was many years back. The for you page categorizes what they think you want to see based on things you’ve watched recently and rarely anyone clicks on their subscriptions page to see only what the people they are subscribed to have posted recently which basically hides our videos and only shows a selected amount. I sometimes come close to not posting on TH-cam at all because of this.

I'm late to this, but I completely understand how you feel Alba. I live in Maryland. My fiance (28) and I (27) are are getting married here next year, then we're moving a month later to Texas. It's a preemptive move as we're starting this new chapter of our lives. We wanted to be in a place that would be best for our children and ourselves as future parents. We may not be having kids as soon as we get married, but we want to be in a ideal environment when we do. Also, I've been subscribed to your channel since my high school days. Moving is like finding the “perfect “ job or idea job, which it does not exist. No matter where you move to it will be some pros and cons. It’s not where you live, it’s how we live and whom we live with . Some people live in the “hood” or “Ghetto “ and most of them are one of the look out for each other area you will ever lived. Some move to “high /middle class area” and people barely talk or know each other. It’s the people, not the area that make a community.
Good for you guys for not letting comfort stop you from progressing, and what is the best for your family, as well as following God’s lead. It takes a lot of courage and faith to do that. That is amazing that you guys found an amazing apartment in Miami closer to your husband’s job. I’m sure it will only further allow for more family time, because the commute is almost non-existent. 🎉

Hi 👋🏾 here’s my honest answer to your question. If I decide to stop being on social media and let go of this business (which is a possibility TBH) I would only focus on being a homemaker and be there for my kids and occupy myself with the activities they need to do. No other business no other income, I will not be supporting my family with income anymore and only let my husband handle that part. Which would change a lot of things but we also know God provides for us through our faith and he ALWAYS has.
Can you talk about why Texas/Florida politics appealed to you and how that influenced your decision to want to stay ? Hopefully without making the topic too controversial 😊
As someone from Cali and always on the far left politically, but also from a religion that does not vax, it became a bit tougher in 2016. When 2020 happened it became a very aggressive and stressful place to live. It was especially hard to navigate with kids in school… So I would assume a combination between cost of living combined with freedom of choice to vax/mask.
If you watched the whole video she talked about the value of having rights as a parent and being able to homeschool her kids. This is a part of why living in Texas/Florida is appealing.

Yesss us too because those 2 hour drives daily easily gets expensive with gas prices as well as less sleep time for him because on days he gets out of work late he won’t be able to get home quickly when he’s so tired and gets less sleep since he always has to wake up much early to prepare for the long drive again the next day 🤦🏽♀️

I was born in Paterson lol in jersey and raised in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. It was a amazing place for me to grow up honestly . I had a great childhood . U can always visit New York but Florida is overall a better place for ur kids. I live in New York now because my boyfriend has a great job here but I also don’t have kids so don’t plan on going back to Florida until I do become a mom

I’ve been watching since before you transitioned to the natural lifestyle. I’ve always wondered what kept you motived and inspired to continue to create content. A lot of the OG’s talk about how things have changed and how it affected their love to create content. I kind of miss the way TH-cam used to be.
I miss old TH-cam too! Even as a TH-cam user (not just content creator) it’s different! Now when we log into TH-cam we are taken to the “for you page” as our entry instead of your subscription page which is what it was many years back. The for you page categorizes what they think you want to see based on things you’ve watched recently and rarely anyone clicks on their subscriptions page to see only what the people they are subscribed to have posted recently which basically hides our videos and only shows a selected amount. I sometimes come close to not posting on TH-cam at all because of this.

I'm late to this, but I completely understand how you feel Alba. I live in Maryland. My fiance (28) and I (27) are are getting married here next year, then we're moving a month later to Texas. It's a preemptive move as we're starting this new chapter of our lives. We wanted to be in a place that would be best for our children and ourselves as future parents. We may not be having kids as soon as we get married, but we want to be in a ideal environment when we do.
Also, I've been subscribed to your channel since my high school days. I haven't been an avid viewer like I used to, but I'm always happy to see a new video of yours when I have the time. Congrats on your new haircare line as well! You deserve it!

I can relate in away too sometimes you have to leave NYC if there's going to be a better opportunity=life elswhere. I get it Alba as a fellow New Yorker myself. It's not easy for many of us New Yorkers to live in other parts of the U.S., Right, everything has changed since 2020, and you have two young children too. Yes, God does guide us and at times it can be those sudden changes. You are looking beautiful and your hair is lovely, I like it darker again.

Moving is like finding the “perfect “ job or idea job, which it does not exist. No matter where you move to it will be some pros and cons. It’s not where you live, it’s how we live and whom we live with . Some people live in the “hood” or “Ghetto “ and most of them are one of the look out for each other area you will ever lived. Some move to “high /middle class area” and people barely talk or know each other. It’s the people, not the area that make a community.

Hi 👋🏾 here’s my honest answer to your question. If I decide to stop being on social media and let go of this business (which is a possibility TBH) I would only focus on being a homemaker and be there for my kids and occupy myself with the activities they need to do. No other business no other income, I will not be supporting my family with income anymore and only let my husband handle that part. Which would change a lot of things but we also know God provides for us through our faith and he ALWAYS has.

As someone from Cali and always on the far left politically, but also from a religion that does not vax, it became a bit tougher in 2016. When 2020 happened it became a very aggressive and stressful place to live. It was especially hard to navigate with kids in school… So I would assume a combination between cost of living combined with freedom of choice to vax/mask.
Vaccines.
If you watched the whole video she talked about the value of having rights as a parent and being able to homeschool her kids. This is a part of why living in Texas/Florida is appealing.

Yesss us too because those 2 hour drives daily easily gets expensive with gas prices as well as less sleep time for him because on days he gets out of work late he won’t be able to get home quickly when he’s so tired and gets less sleep since he always has to wake up much early to prepare for the long drive again the next day 🤦🏽♀️

I was born in Paterson lol in jersey and raised in Miami/ Fort Lauderdale area. It was a amazing place for me to grow up honestly . I had a great childhood . U can always visit New York but Florida is overall a better place for ur kids. I live in New York now because my boyfriend has a great job here but I also don’t have kids so don’t plan on going back to Florida until I do become a mom
