I was offered med surg or oncology. Sadly I chose med surg and I regret it. I really hate it. I was actually an LPN in an outpatient hem/onc center. I became an RN and thought that med surg would be best to learn since I was part of the cohort who didn’t do clinical because of Covid.

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you in a residency/any way to possibly switch out?
the heme onc clinic couldn’t hire you back as an RN?
I hate medsurg I want to do Oncology and eventually do outpatient cancer clinic/infusion
