0:00 Intro
0:30 VPSV displays all trading volume profile on a chart
Total volume is made up of buy volume or sell volume
Volume Profile Session Volume (VPSV): Defined
1:20 VPSV in Simple Terms How much volume trading volume happens per price level!
2:00 Why I Use VPSV
To identify areas of support and resistance by looking at how money flows into an asset.

Volume profile analysis helps determine support or resistance levels
Helps show how market participants are reacting to price levels
A tool to identify intraday trade entry and exit points
Gives you special insight - see MSTR later

Probably the most underrated financial channel on YT. Great work as always!
Also just an FYI not sure if its a big deal but he's using a 5day, 5min spread chart so in case anyone is wondering how come their chart doesnt look exactly like that - especially when it comes to values, length of days. Little things like this can throw you off. Keep up the good work love your videos. Also he's switching between 5day, 5min, and 1d, 1min. Also he's using show value to display those numbers on the histogram/chart, seems common sense but just an FYI.

Thank you sir for this video on VPSV. I've been trying to figure out how to apply this indicator on my chart and you're the only one I've seen put values on the node levels and how to read them. This is what I have been missing all along. Hope you can make more videos about using VPSV and add confluence with other indicators for best entries. Because I think this is the best version of volume profile compared to the fixed and visible range. It's like having an X-RAY vision when trading. I'm using it now together with SMC to identify strong order blocks that will hold for day trading. Thank you sir and God bless.

Got a question. 1 Apple share without splits would be worth around $27k and the company is valued at roughly 2.3 trillion.
Tesla at a 2 trillion market cap will have a stock price pre split around $10k. Seems to be a big difference.
Great video as always, but one question. When you say, “everybody buying, nobody selling”, how does that work/. For every buyer, there must be a seller, no?
how do you see the numbers on the volume candles lol maybe i am using the wrong VPSV ? BUT i dont see a setting for it at all

does anyone know how to get VPSV data outside of Tradeview? I've looked a handful of stock apis but they only have volume, never buyers vs sellers volume. Any ideas?

Need some help. Transfer of 359 ADA on March 30 from Coinbase to Voyager that never arrived. Should I contact Coinbase, Voyager , or the Cardano foundation. It is showing on the blockchain with addresses being correct

How do you get the numbers for the buying and selling in with the bars? Is that a script that you have to run or is it built into the VPVR on Trading View? I am learning as I go so I am sure its easy I just don't know how to get the numbers with the VPVR Indicator. You are the Best James!!
I got it, disregard that last question. I am a TradingView Freshman and I am still getting lost on campus. I will know my way around shortly.

When I try to activate this indicator on trading view, I can see it in the legend section, but nothing pops up at all. Does anyone else have this issue?

There's no reason I can think of not to enjoy and like James' videos. It takes seconds, yet 12,000 can't lift a finger. I've only been in the space 4 months and have made every mistake known and still am. I've lost $14,000 by listening to influencers shilling. Not a sign of that on this man's channel.

I'm disappointed with this video as I used VPSV and I removed it in the past! I don't get why do you need VPSV if the price action tells you the story?!? Buyers are in control if it goes up, sellers are in control if it goes down! Allow the chart to tell you the story. The less TA indicators, the better! It's not the point of control but the support line where the buyers sit.
