Fred Kratt at Gary Smith Ford in Ft. Walton Beach demonstrates how to sync your phone. To Ford Sync system. He is doing it in a 2013 Ford F-150 EcoBoost truck. Before you start be sure that your bluetooth is turned on on your phone.

I had to clear the old phone out that was in there from the previous owner and then I saw how you were using the OK and arrows to navigate. I have a 2017 Expedition, but it's still very similar. Not being a touchscreen is different to me. Thank you for the video, very helpful to me!

To play music wirelessly is easy, but is it possible to get to the Bluetooth media share with the buttons?
On my 2013 F-150 if I am connected via usb it will sync and play directions from Google Maps but it will not play any music or selected radio stations or Apps. It seems to be a problem with other users as well. Any help would be appreciated.

How about when on Bluetooth and hooking up your iPhone to the usb to charge? Is there a way to keep the audio going? For some reason my truck isn’t picking up the usb
Bro I’m the only one this ain’t work for halfway thru doin everything they car connects to my phone and cuts out all my audio so I couldn’t hear the rest of what they guy had to say so now my phones connected I can listen to calls and all thru the car but not music

Yes. Command it to 'play bluetooth audio' or you may have to command 'bluetooth audio' first then 'play' Call us at 888-8147-7459 if you have more questions.
This was my question also. After a month of messing with it I just assumed they were incapable since there is no Bluetooth option under aux mode. I'll try this.
Once it's hooked up, hit the button the steering wheel to open Command and say Bluetooth Audio. Done

Yes the 2014 F-150 has a USB port and should work with the device. Grant it that the device is compatible
