The PIN reset is the easy stuff. Unfortunately, there's not a video a for reattaching the keypad back on the wall after it falls off. Once the cover is closed all the way, the seal is so tight between the cover and the keypad, prying it open just rips it off the wall. Sorry your keypad is very poorly designed.
I recently replaced my key pad and it worked for several weeks and now the key pad does not light up and has stopped working. I replace the batteries and still do not have the keys lighting up and have tried all the options to reprogram. Any other suggestions?

had trouble following the vendors wireless keypad instructions. I watched this video it had different codes and it worked right away so that’s great.
