      Hey bro, I have a question. How do u make your body flexible and strong?
      Do u like train flexibility separate first for a period time?
      Or
      Do u strength training and then have post stretches work outs?

    Hey Tom, could you create a follow along routine for snapping scapula at some point? Would be awesome. Your videos are super helpful, especially for students like me who have a pretty messed up posture due to sitting and typing all day. Thanks to you, it has become pretty easy for me to have an idea how to improve my posture in the right way. Keep it up

    Do these exercises help me strenghten my shoulder? i have an issue.... My shoulder is held by front side muscles more than muscles on my back, which means my shoulder is not stable (enough) for example to perform handstand.... (Please hit like so Tom can see my post and help me solve this problem, thank you very much kind people) :)

      You will want to always focus on retraction of scapula as they are antagonist muscles to the chest and sup-scapular which bring your scapular and shoulder forward. Use a bridge to strengthen it.

    • @TheNikaProduction
      @TheNikaProduction 6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Piotrek Lesiński Not enough to make a difference. Direct neck training is necessary to grow a huge neck. Tom just has great genetics for his neck and that's all. Almost all calisthenics athletes have pencil necks. It's really rare to find someone with a developed neck. And the ones that do are mostly because of genetics cause they don't train them directly

    How do you activate the scapula in the movements that's Freakin Unbelievable nice video❤

  • @zedooncadhz
    @zedooncadhz 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I have had upper back and neck pain for so long. You go to chiropracters and they say "ahh you're sitting wrong let me pop you back in" then you go away and the problem returns. You go to a masseuse and they work the knots out of the muscles and you feel better for a while, only to have the problem return. The real solution is strength training! Strength training doesnt mean lifting heavy weights in isolation, it means finding the movements you're not doing but should be. You're probably weak as hell in the area you need to train and it probably feels weird or wrong when you train it. I've just started doing the beginner stage of scapula pull ups and it's helping already. If you fill the areas of your back that need support with supportive muscle then you'll fix the problem. Just remember it can be tiny muscles you need to fix and you dont need massive weights

    How are you supposed to keep your scapulas on the L-sit? Depressed and...retracted? My scaps always pop out and get slightly protracted. Same with push-ups, they always wing out from the bottom. What's the deal? I feel like I have shit scapula control. Scapular pull-ups are pretty easy though.
