The Dekton island top already $6k. Counter top plus backsplash is about $12-13k. Almost 1/3 of the $60k went to this Dekton.
40 feet of cabinets and/carpentry. Another about $16k spent. The rest are the partition wall, lighting wiring and lastly ID fee. I think ID and Project Manager fee about $8k

这餐桌设计得太大了，靠沙发和墙壁那边7:04，当椅子拉出来坐着的时候，后面几乎都没空间让其他人走动了😔

Only some basic carpentry and it cost $60k ? WTH. The laminate is very “Flintstone” looking 😂. The niche in the wall is badly designed. It isn’t cheap to partition the wall to create that. What a waste of money when you can get better effect than that with cheap shelf from Ikea.

why are foreigners, PR, allowed to buy hdb flat even if its resale? these are highly subsidised by singaporean taxpayers.
That the rules and regulations from the HDB. Foreigners are not allowed to buy any HDB flats unless both are PR which has been staying in Singapore for more than 3 years. They are allow to buy a resales flat from the open market
@@VincentChua what passports are these PRs holding? are these flats in resale market been heavily subsidised to build before they are placed on that market category?
