Hey! Thanks for watching this project that has been in the making for two years now! Big thanks to all who helped make this happen.
I need some help! I want to release this song as part of an EP (mini-album) in the future. The EP will contain many compositions of me too! But I have no idea how to obtain commercial rights to release this cover legally... I'd love to put it on streaming services and physical media.
I contacted over 10 international companies, and nobody seems to know who owns the publishing rights to au revoir! It's in zero databases...
By the way: The publishing rights to this COMPOSITION are different than the "master recording" rights of merveilles which are owned by Nippon Columbia...
If anybody can help me out with this, it'll be appreciated, you can contact me, email on my channel!
My last attempt will be in a few weeks, when I send this PV to Moi-même-Moitié, in hopes that they'll forward my request to Mana himself, the composer of the song. If they see that there's a demand to this cover being released, maybe I'll have a strong case?

The composition rights will usually be held by the original publisher and not the record label, however it could still be held by the original artist.
Edit: it's owned by midi-nette, Nippon or Mana.
国内と国外ではどのように適応されているかわかりませんが、JASRACで調べてみたら著作者名はManaさんでした。しかし発売当時のコロムビアミュージックエンタテインメント株式会社(現在は日本コロンビア株式会社)が今も原盤権の管理をしているかは不明です。アーティストの所属契約時やCDの発売時にレコード会社へ権利の一部を譲渡している場合もあるためとても難しい問題ですね。もし管理が継続している場合はこちらの許可と合わせて著作者のManaさんの許可が必要になりますのでご注意下さい。
ひとまず著作者であるManaさんと連絡が取れたらいろいろわかると思います、何もできませんが応援してます！

I think Moi-même-Moitié is the best way to go. That is where I would be looking. Maybe you can ask a lawyer for help with this, although I know it may be expensive to consult a lawyer.

Nice work! I think is one of the finest versions of this song I've seen around. Mix and mastering are not the best, and video is pretty amateur but, details beside, it is an excellent version and I wish you have the chance to paly it live sometime.

On a side note, fans of Malice Mizer and the French language may really enjoy "Mozart L'Opera Rock". It's one of the rare works that gives me the same feeling of Malice Mizer magic.
