Yeah i got a 60v 30ah super soco battery too upgrade my Motorino MXB Sport 72v , i put it in and it lights up my lights and alarm and everything works , but when i twist the throttle NOTHING . I then plugged the charger into the bike and then everything works ? Unplugged the charger and only lights and alarm again work but no throttle go . I took the battery out and tested the voltage and its 67.2v like it should be , i then too the battery apart and tested it just like you did and everything checks out . I unplugged the BMS entirely for 5 minutes too reset it but noticed the exact same red light intermittedly and it also did that light while unplugging the bms ? Put it all back together same result . I am at a loss . And their is no battery repair places and i cant find anything online , even super soco website does not give out info on that flashing red light and if its a fault code or something .
I run these batteries in 2 different bikes so i hope this helps you out. The BMS in this battery will go to sleep after a certain amount of seconds of no draw. Your bike is probably throwing a low voltage alarm because the battery was asleep before you turned it on. Try to plug the battery into the bike and then turn the bike on to wake the battery up. Let the low voltage alarm run its course and then turn the bike off and then right back on to reset the controller. The battery should be awake and the alarm should not go off. *Edit. You can ignore the red light that you see blinking on the bms, its the Bluetooth for the app. From what I've researched the app only works in China now.
Do Super Soco batteries have encryted/propietary bus line with the controller/motor driver blocking oem batteries just lik shimano-bpsch motor integrated ebike setups? with shimano you're forced to pay the premium for subpar capacity batteries a lot of money and i would like to know for sure if i wil be able to make my own battery pack for Super Soco CU-X 60V 30ah bike without any limitations.
Just about to open a 48V NIU battery for my friends daugther. Seems they used some adhesive for the top where the main DC connector goes... Could not find any 48V disassembly as inspiration here on YT and I just hate when they glue the case together... Going back out with heat gun and carpenterknife to see if I can get case open... Great shoutout to battery doctor for his transaprent and helpful YT channel. In Swedish: Tack för en grym kanal !
had a run in with a few of these, some had similar cells but some had MH1 LG. Most of them had problems with cold solders on main port, had to cut into plastic to expose the connections. Good thing to have a thermal cam and check while under the load.
There is software availble for reading/resetting the BMS and also the cell voltage etc there is also a tool that connect to the battery so you can adjust the settings etc. If i can find it i can send you the name of the software.
I believe that red light flashing is the BMS Bluetooth function.

So did you figure out what was wrong?

Hi, i have the same problem as you describe would you be able to explain how you did it and exactly how it was wrong?
I Would be interested too

It’s either SOCO CAN Data Monitor or BMS PC Software by PowerAmp
@@AbdurehmanZia software i found is called Greenway_comman and seems to be used by Supersoco.
Hi there how does one learn to do what you do? I would like to learn to be a battery technician of sorts
Go to school for electrical engineering or at least a community college certification course for electrical
