A Lady will allow her man to show chivalry, that is a curtesy. It makes me happy to see a lady also get in there and back up her man, when working on the home they both will share. What a lady! Brother, I hope all is well. As you both impress me a great deal with the ethics you present in the content you create.
Hi I am from Pakistan. What an awesome work of solid construction work. You and your wife both make a solid couple like your home. I am surprised so much quality work but channel has not grown so much. However keep it up, soon it will cross millions subscribers. Best of luck you both.
So good to see you both back again. ! cant wait for the next viseo and see the progress happening. good work as usual guys sending love from Australia xxx
You're doing excelent. The build is coming to completion and every day it's closer. It's not easy, but the self work done right is a satisfaction, which no money can buy. Keep on, it will pay off for sure. =)
Oh my gosh. Just the time together hammer it out every weekend is worth it. We have desk jobs and this is therapy. I cannot wait for our family to come here. We have a lot of family.
From what I have read in the NEC, the electric can be in the same trench but must be level with the water line and separated horizontally by at least 24 inches. In other words they can be in the same excavation but just not close to each other.
Looking good and I know you are getting excited for Spring to hit like all of us are. So exciting and brings back memories of when we put our place here 48 years ago. We have the same distance as you do almost to the foot from house to well. LOL Please mark your spots well and take snapshots and droan footage if you can to see where your lines are if possible before you grade it all after your conduit is put in. Turns and etc etc..........just in case! :-) Jefanna, I am with you on the "date nite"......I shared it with my husband and he said "isn't that what all project people do for dates"........LOL And, I had to reply......."indeed, indeed....as long as it's good food!" LOL Looking good, getting exciting and I am so looking forward to seeing you all get moved in bit by bit. Best of luck........... Blessings
@@breakheartorchard4761 exactly even take and scan a blue print of the outside of your building and mark it on there in detail. I hand sketched it so we know about exactly but even a foot off can have you digging up landscape and pipes you don't want to hit.......48 + years here and only once have we had to "remember" where things are......no trees so roots grow over pipes and preferably nice large rocks? in those marking point for beautiful landscape........the larger rocks etc.....and you'll know. We had tree roots grow of course over the years as they were volunteers and grew large enough to compress and crack the conduit even unto the pipes which eventually put pressure on lower rocks which over time cut thru the wire and shorted out everything and no power for 2 weeks....of course on vacation came home to two freezers totally full of food and meat ....GONE :-( SO yes, plan your yards or landscaping around it.......save yourself agony down the road perhaps. Ok, book over.........just an idea.....be safe and enjoy. Excited for your next video!
A dedicated trencher would be more elegant but I have an excavator with a 3 food wide bucket. In fairness I own a smaller bucket but I would probably lose a day off work figuring out how to swap them.
I wish I had a digger like that. I have to do all my work with an old Toro Dingo with rented attachments..... damn glad to have that tho. Keep up the good work, Its really coming along! PS i noticed your loader/tractor was moving a bit when parked in the time-lapse, that can get dangerous.
With a trench that wide I would have run both water and electric. Put a tracing wire to the water line in case of repairs and the electrical wires will be protected by the conduit. That is allowed I my area.
I just found you guys. I'm impressed with how hard you both work to get this house finished. Also, I quickly determined that you were east coast, mountains, not too far north. I narrowed it down to NC or VA. Did you mention Waynesboro? When I was a kid, I lived in the apartments near I64, across from WalMart, Lowe's, HD, etc. All of that was a pig farm then 😄🐷
Good morning. Like catching up with old friends great seeing work on the landscaping and especially trenching for the water. Like the ideas for the wall behind the house and the future pole barn by your outlet where the trailer was. You have to admit having that excavator sure paid for itself digging that trench. The two of you seemed more relaxed and having fun in this post. Maybe it’s because your outside or maybe it’s because you can see light at the end of the tunnel for getting power into the house. Congratulations hope you had a great date night at the hardware store. Lol. Stay safe
Bruce, I love seeing you as always. I look for you here every time. I am getting more comfortable with the camera I think. There are many positives to being out here. The common human condition is so comforting. I really focus in on people who can see potential. Not perfection, but potential. You are one of those people.

I love good men. Absolutely love mine. When done right a man’s strength is a woman’s beauty.
You are a very lucky guy
with your beautifyl

I agree.
Hear ya on the rocks, we've saved so many I don't know what to do with them all! Looking good!
Ok, after watching you dig that trench with the excavator it is clearly a necessary, and I emphasize necessary, tool every man should have…😂
100%. I don’t know how I ever managed without it.

Thanks Banjo. We are getting back in it after winter delays.

Hello and welcome to the channel. A good friend of mine, in the Army was from Phillipines.
Good morning Break Heart and family. Wow so nice getting another interesting video and some work nearer to completion. Greetings from Jamaica 🇯🇲🙏
hey helleo from the netherlandsyou 2 are amazing nice people great progress enjoy watching the video up to next one
Thank you for being here! I love the shared human condition from your country to ours.
Wow no snow or mud 🤸👍
So true! Every time we went in the house our boots dragged in the mud. Completely over it.

That is my understanding as well. But we went ahead and put then in seperate trenches.

That is good advice, as well as measuring from a fixed position. So you always know where it is. Like from both corners of the house

That trench is almost good enough to pass WWI standards. ;D

No harm in using the tools at your disposal.

Hi 👋 I love watching 👀 a plan come together SWEET. ❤
Hello Estella. So good to see a friend. We are getting there.
I love having things move in the right direction.
Thank you for the inspiration! I too am building my own farm and hose from the ground up and filming for TH-cam, and it is a lot of work but rewarding
I’d probably still prefer to win the lottery. But until then I ‘d say it’s the most rewarding thing I’ve done.
ME GUSTA EL PERRITO CUANDO JUEGA
make sure you go below frost line too. you may want too build a retaining wall too.
Ralph I am so excited about that retaining wall. Cannot wait to put that together.
Stay healthy.
Milt, I love that you are here. Just feels like a friend, as most our weekends are us on the build.
Praying for no more issues with the build. Aloha from Hawaii!!!
Aloha! I have never been to your beautiful state but always love the pics coming from it.
@@jefannavital2187 In Hawaii, your house would be worth millions.
@@jefannavital2187 I love your winks in the camera. Hahaha

Electrical for the pump goes in same trench. Service for the house will be in another

Yep, that’s right where we went. You grew up just a stones throw away from us. Glad you found us.
Oh my gosh. You are exactly right. We are a stone throw as they say.
it should be two trenches. also use conduit pipe for both lines, bigger then the lines themselves.
no matter what measurement you get add twenty to thirty feet, just too be safe.
Oh yes. I pulled out a full 300 feet
That seemed to go well, always moving forwards each vlog we get to see. And what's a date night without food haha
Exactly. Food and warmth are really big motivators for me.

New to your channel and videos, first thing I notice is the wife seems like she is always tipsy 😂😂😂 Well done ❤️
Hah. Almost never.
I think you need a wider bucket for the water line.
I was gonna see if they had a 48” bucket for my excavator.
