Vitally important you use a clean micro fiber towel of course but when using it to wipe off the polish try not letting the polish dry to quick or soon or stay dry on card for too long cuz then you may be prone to rub off the polish a bit harder than usual if that happens you are at risk of adding swirl scratch marks on the card making the issue even worse, happened to me twice and I'm still working on how not to get those swirl marks ( I'd love to say on practice cards but who practices, this guy needs to).
And if any polish ever dries , don’t try pulling it off with force just put some fresh polish on top and it will come off right away 🤘🏼

Gonna buy this and try it out. I have a /5 Josh giddey with some scratches on the back that I pulled from a pack and immediately put in a sleeve so it wasn’t my fault. Was salty but I’ll give this a shot.
Absolutely worth a try Michael, hopefully they’re superficial and you can get them to go away. Quality control lately is terrible.

Thanks for the comment. The kit is available in my shop and includes a mat and small microfiber. My Vintage Care Bundle includes larger microfiber cloths.

Maybe it's my phone's quality but I couldn't see any of the lines you were working on.
I just submitted some cards today to SGC and one of them had those lines you’re talking about and unfortunately my friend just now told me about your product so I was watching the TH-cam videos and just ordered the kit but I’ll be sending those cards out to be graded tomorrowbut I’ll be using the kit for the future
Use the card polish on those lines every time. You’ll notice that some of them will reduce or get a little better. Unfortunately a ton of them are scratched into the card and they’ll just stay that way. But try every time. You will at least make the card nice and clean and shiny.

I feel your pain on this card! I have a Select Blue Disco Field Level/25 Tom Brady that has some small print lines/scratches on it. I have not tried any polish on it yet...

I have graded a good amount of cards and for some reason psa seems to give more of bit of a pass on mosaic print lines .
i just hit a huge card in break and got it and the surface is all scratched up

Have you ever tested your polish/spray under black light? I'm wondering if it shows differently?
Absolutely. It’s nothing that shows up under blacklight. It’s not something you would leave on the card. Good question.
Would psa not grade this card or say it’s altered because you are polishing I thought they said they would not allow this
There are a lot of formulas that you could use that can stick to a card or create a fake surface or try to cover up blemishes. The formulas I make are used to go on shine, give a deep clean and totally be removed. It’s more of a deep clean than some sort of camouflage. I’ve never had any pushback from a grading company.
Can the polish be seen when getting graded from PSA?

Are you sure your polish won't give the card an unwanted cloudy appearance or some other imperfection 5 years or more after application?

U mentioned grading these after u polished them. Doesnt this fall in the altered category? Honest question cause it seems like this would effect the outcome of a grade the way it was being wiped wouldn’t that get into the edges and effect that? Thanks in advance
No, I graded thousands of cards and I never get any issues for this. That’s why I made my own formulas. Most automotive formulas are abrasive so they’re like liquid sandpaper. My products won’t fix everything but there’s a lot of stuff that they’ll make a safe recovery with without messing up your card or getting it altered.

It can, the variable is how deep and severe are the print lines. I would say the majority of those are permanent. But TCG cleans up better than most cards when it comes to removing light, abrasions and lines. Use the card polish.
Psa cant tell if theres polish on the card? Or that its been polished?
It’s not a traditional polish that sands the card down. More of a conditioner and topcoat cleaner. You remove it all and it will do a nice job of shining the card up. I don’t get any pushback from PSA.
Is the polish supposed to look dry? I bought a kit a year ago but just opened it, not sure if it’s dried out or not haha
Hey Frank, you can send me a picture on Instagram if you want. Use the applicator to massage the top layer. It could get dry if air got to it. See if you can make it smooth again.
I just had to put so many of these cards aside because the minor factory scratches. I bought the kit to help. Definitely doesn’t remove those lines completely but it does help. It’s always these mosaic cards or a lot of chrome cards in general. I won’t submit if it doesn’t look like a 10 I mean if I see it’s not a 10, what would psa think? Idk it’s unfortunate how many cards I can’t grade. It’s really frustrating
Hey Ryan, good to hear from you. Do exactly what you're doing. Some of these issues are totally permanent. But spend five minutes with each of these cards just cleaning the front and back and I think you'll always make a noticeable difference.

What would you suggest using on other cards such as NFL Impeccable?
If it’s a paper finish, you gotta be careful. You don’t wanna cause any damage so I would suggest working with a base first.
I feel like some microfiber towels leave fine lines into the card , after rubbing it over and over

I just pulled a Brady Zebra die cut out of Select and it has a line on the back. It goes all the way from left to right, if you rub your finger over it you do not feel an indent so wondering if it can be fixed? Be more than happy to send you a pic. Also I love your videos, I will be buying some of your product soon!

Will the grading company know that you have put your product on them and not grade them
That’s a great question, you don’t actually leave my stuff on. You use it to clean up the cards and get them in better shape. I’ve never had any issues with grading companies.
Can i use this on my monopoly prizm, i pulled a gold money shimmer, but not sure if this can be used on it
You can polish the front and back of the card if it needs any thing. If you’re on Instagram, you can send me a picture. If you have any issues with it I can take a look for you.

If you accidentally clean the stamped numbers on the card is there any way to fix that ?
No, if you remove the foil that will be missing. Avoid the serial numbers.

Can only work on chrome type cards?
Is it ok to use the polish on auto cards, the auto on mine is on card so I’m not worried about peeling the sticker or anything like that. Just wondering if it’ll fade the auto at all?

Will this work on the Marvel impel 1990 and 1991 cards? I have cards with light scratches that are only visable when shining a bright light on the card.
On holograms you could use the polish. For the cards in the set I would practice on a base card first. They do not have a clear coat the same way modern era sports cards do so you would just wanna do some tests. My cleaning spray is good at removing anything stuck to the card. If you have any dirty ones those clean up well.
do you do this as a service? can this be done with cards that have an auto?
I teach how to do it and I also make the products. You can work on auto cards you just want to avoid auto. I have a playlist called surface cleaning if you want to see auto cards. Great question.
From your experience, are horizontal print lines pretty much unfixable? I have a 1/1 prizm that has 3 horizontal print lines on the back. Front is perfect!
If they go all the way across the chances go down quickly. Then you’ll find a card with two main ones and eight little ones and you can get the little ones to go away but the main ones remain. I feel like the issue is consistent and the depth of each one is inconsistent.

Not with any credentials. All self-taught from a young age. I got into making cleaning formulas and compounds like this when I was a kid. My family owned a dealership \ body shop. So restoring anything has always been very interesting to me. I just started with Cards a long time ago and this is where most of my restoration experience is focused on now.
Kurt, I have a purple chrome Julio auto /250 , monster card but it has scratches going across the autograph, will any of this mess the auto up?
Hey Jenny, I know we connected but this is a good question to have on the thread. I would avoid the autograph. Chances are you’ll reduce the top layer of ink and it will look a little faded. I know in your case it goes right through it. It just might not be a fixable area
Will this work on cards from the 80s and 90s?
As long as the card has a shiny clearcoat. Not too many ATEEZ cards I can think of, but plenty of stuff in the 90s. If you’re ever unsure shoot me a message or a picture
I don't see how, but is it possible to remove a print line for holgrams?
Hey Rock, I bet you it’s a scratch. Or just some sort of factory blemish. I don’t think you get it to go away because holograms are very unforgiving when it comes to blemishes. If you have my card polish give it a try you won’t hurt it but I just don’t think it will go away.
What about lines on card board like on 23 topps card board?

Are you still able to submit to PSA or SGC after you polish? Or would they say you altered the card?
You can definitely submit your cards for grading. This wouldn't be altering the card physically at all. Just a nice clean up.

Does this Polish work on Acetate cards?

Hey what’s up, thanks for the message. I have a few Pokémon videos posted, take a look and see if that helps you out. If it’s a superficial light scratch on top of the card I’ve had good success at toning them down or removing them. If the scratch goes into the holo foil it’s game over.

So you cant remove the print lines from the back of the card at all??? I have a honeycomb that has 3 bad printing lines on the back. The front looks great.
