The hip check is op/broken in eashl. The best hitters are also now the best skating builds flying around bowling ball people with hip checks. Totally balanced, good one EA.
It may as well be called NHL Arcade Checking simulator at this point. The amount of bone crushing hits that happen by both teams in a game is absolutely ridiculous. Once you figure it out it is not that difficult to do and is far too difficult to avoid if you want to move the puck up ice and into the other teams zone.

They really leaned into the casuals. The highest skilled moves are now the easiest. Pair hip checking with the already broken Truckulence and it’s unplayable
EA literally tries to make their game worse every year. Get rid of the stupid red ring on the ice, Get rid of the stamina bar on the bottom, get rid of the ragging penalty, and get rid of the o zone energy boost bullshit. The game sucks ass 23 was better

Hip check way too strong it isn’t even realistic - I get just barely touched and turn into human pop corn it’s glitched looking actually. It isn’t checking the velocity right or something.
You’re honestly wasting ur time. This game isn’t even worth making content on in my opinion. We’ve been paying for a glorified roster update for at least 6-7 years now
