+Zakk1010 The ONLY problem I have is in this video he says she is anti-air weak "at certain ranges," but does not show what that range is. He also needed to exsplain that she is a mid screen character... meaning that since her Fireballs do not travel as far she should try to maintain a certain range.
Dem thighs
WIthout a shade of doubt the strongest character in the game. Her main strength is she has no weaknesses. The most complete character, and also a blast to play with if you know what you're doing. She has good anti-airs on her st.lk and st.HK for longer ranges, too. She isn't limited to 4HK.
Chun-Li is a Goddess, and I worship at Her feet.

btw standing light kick is a great anti air tool. allows you to dash under opponent for goldlike mix ups. FYI

She also really struggles against effective pressure, with her v-reversal being pretty subpar. Furthermore, her reliance on v-trigger greatly diminishes any incentive to v-reversal.
+Rugalitarian She does. She does have very low life and you have to string a lot of hits together in combos to due good damage. When fighting Alex, Birdie or Zangief for example, you literally have to them at least twice as much as they hit you to win.

Hi guys, so I'm really new to fighting games and I'm attempting to get not suck so bad with Chun-Li. I've learnt the moves well throughout the video up to combo 3. For some reason when I'm attempting combo 3 I don't juggle the character high enough to finish the combo with the airborne hyakuretsukyaku and end up just kicking the air as my opponent falls to the floor. Could anyone tell me where I'm going wrong?

After pressing V skill I can't do the mid air stomp move you were doing. No matter how many times I try to time it I can't seem to do it and have no idea why. Even when I manage to press down + medium kick her kick doesn't hit. Great tutorial none the less 👍

how do you do combo 3? when I do the special, I don't end on top of the opponent, so I can't do the down-medium-kick. I am able to do the special then lightning kick mid air

As much as I want to main Cammy, Chun's playstyle just fits me a lot more.
I don't want to be in my opponent's face the entire time. I wanna play footsies and be patient.
(of course you need footsies with Cammy aswell to actually get in on your enemy)

Since Blanka is not in the game, Chun-li is my main char. Great guide, I will practice that combos.

Combo 6 has a mistake on the command list. It says to press medium kick instead of heavy kick when using V-Trigger.

My suggestion would be to put the combos listed in the video into the actual game's command list. I'd love to practice the combos without alt-tabbing every couple of attempts to see the combo.
Someone help. I do hold directional buttons and attack buttons on the gamepad for example to do kikoken, nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

Yea this Videos are perfekt, but they should have give us a game manual at least for a Street Fighter game. Im a old fan and remember the SNES day's and Street Fighter 2 and they had back then so cool manuals with all moves and art. I think still for a 60€ game it should be standard, and it would keep your Fans happy.

Feels like the very first 'guide' video they should've made was about the whole glossary / terminology, w/e you wanna call it. With how much they're aiming to get new players in, it only seems logical.
Can someone help me? I bought the game, I was training and I did not understand Chun Li. On the list of moves, it says that I have to carry back some time, then forward and one more button but I've seen people drop instantly, the same for the bird spinning, Does anyone explain to me?

Hmm.. i can do all the combos except combo #5. My second lp after the first light legs doesn't connect. The enemy is too far away. I can do it without the first c.lp. Any advice?

So i was just watching Maximilian Dood's reactions to the first few SFV trailers and i fucking noticed they didnt include like 2 moves i saw Chun-Li do in some of the gameplay within the trailers....WTF!

yo how do you link charge moves into combos.
I'd been wondering this too. I just can't do charge characters. personally. I think you're supposed to for instance, if you wanna do CrLP -> Spinning Bird Kick, you hold down, press LP, then go from down to up and press K. Hold the charge while you use normal attacks, then use the special.
Of course, I personally understand the concept, and am fairly sure that's what it is, but I haven't actually done it yet.
u can jump forward while holding back, hit the air double HP, cr HP then any charge move. or hit lightning legs with LK, cr LP then spinning birdkick LK. hold down after u do lightning legs. works midscreen. also u can be defensive with fireballs and use her v skill to jump forward and link combos from the fireball u just threw.
the key thing to remember is having enough time to charge the move. the double air HP, cr HP combo and LK lightning legs give u enough to time to charge up.
Im hard pressed just to do her basic fire ball, it wont respond no matter what I try. Im not necesarilly blaming the game, but I feel like it may be split second chances for me to perform it, keyword being FEELS like it.

I understand what you mean. It's crazy how dismissive people are with story mode in fighting games. Especially considering a lot of recent games have good stories blaze blue guilty hear and especially the souls caliber series even the MK series story is elaborate and entertaining. Don't lets people general perception of what it should be deter you from wanting it because clearly they haven't played any of the above mentioned games

Unfortunately you seem to have missed the point, we never said that story should not be present, our point is the gameplay is the main element of a fighting game and anything outside of that should be treated as an add-on and not a main feature.
Besides, Adrian and yourself seems to have not gotten the memo about the cinematic story segment coming in June.
