I'm 61 and 30 years into my denture journey. I use the wafers upper and lower which I trim to fit the inside of my teeth. I dampen my denture. Sprinkle a little denture powder. Place the slightly dampened wafer in and make sure I snug it well inside my denture. Sprinkle a bit of powder on to of that. Shake off and place dentures in my teeth. I gently clench together for 2-3 minutes. No talking. After that I literally eat whatever I want. We dine out often and I don't have issues. This is what I learned worked for me. A bit of pre planning and I can enjoy all the foods I love.

Hello. I'm a little over 3 months. Out and about. I will eat with them in. At home, nope. Lol. I use a lot of PASTE!!
@christyoverbay4388 At home, I tend not to wear them to eat too.
...and she's gone. But honestly, these videos aren't really helpful because you never wear your bottoms and describe the issues there.
