The 72nd Annual Kermit Roosevelt Lecture

General Stephen J. Townsend, commander of the US Army Training and Doctrinal Command delivered the 72nd Annual Kermit Roosevelt Lecture.
His speech, ‘The Return of Conflict at Scale and the Bonds of Victory,’ will focus on the endurance of the US-UK partnership, reflections on leadership, the current operating environment, and the increased prevalence of multi-domain operations in future military operations.
