I watched other creators videos about these palettes and I was going to just get the snow man themed palette and now I want the reindeer one! Both looks you created are stunning! I have a medium to tan complexion and if I do pick these up I would definately need some deeper tones to complement these mostly pastel to midtones colors. But those multichromes and shimmers are what I love about Oden's eye! So I most likely will get both!😊We need a Patty X Odens Eye collab!
Thank you for the warning about the fallout on the shaded, frankincense! I find Odens I shimmers to have a ton of fallout, even when using glitter glue. They’re absolutely gorgeous, but they make a mess 🙂
I was wanting that palette specifically for the shade Franken sense until I saw Theresa is dead video. Now I'm just going to get the Reindeer one. Franken sense looks beautiful when swatched but on the eye its a mess
You're the real MVP for mentioning how the shade range would work for different skin tones. I'm tan olive and even though I'm going to purchase the Merry Christmas palette, it's nice to know how the two new palettes would work on someone like me. I love all looks, especially the last one. I swear, on these, and the Helaween palettes, you could slap bunnies and baskets on the cover and you'd have the perfect Easter/Spring palettes. Not complaining, just observing. 😂

I just ordered the Snow Dream palette- was debating whether I wanted that or the Hey Reindeer palette- now it makes sense why I got the Snow Dream palette 😭😭 both are beautiful though 🥰❤️
i just about cried last year when the palettes sold out and weren’t restocked, and i’ve had immense sadness because the amount they’re charging on 3rd party sites is INSANE, and i don’t have $300 to spend on just ONE of last year’s palette. i’m incredibly bummed that oden’s eye legit only gave us THREE DAYS to prepare and get our budgets ready for these FOUR PALETTES!!! i know last year’s palettes are going to sell out, and those are the ones i want the most!!! i’m so sorry to say this, but these palettes are NOT up to par with what we SHOULD be getting from oden’s eye palettes!!! the pastels are SOOOO light and look chalky. also, the shimmers in the snow dream have soooo much fallout amongst other everything else. i don’t know. you happened to make both looks work and created beautiful looks, but i’m not convinced with these palettes, and it breaks my heart because i LOVEEEE oden’s eye!!! i just wish i had more than a couple of days to prepare myself for the return of last year’s palettes. 🥺🥺🥺

Great video. I have the Xmas eve pallet from last year. One of my all time top color story of any brand. When you put the swatches on your arm in natural light I was sold with reindeer. I also was not sure to begin with. 🎉🦌🎄

Beautiful eye looks, Patty! I like both color stories, but I agree that there should be a deeper matte in the Snow Drift palette. My favorite would definitely be the Reindeer palette as well. I really love the deep purple color you achieved with that palette. Btw, my Rephr brush set arrived today. I purchased the complete 18 piece eye brushes and their most popular face brush!
Hopefully nobody thinks these contain actual glitters since you kept calling them that. I’m excited and can’t wait to buy all 4. I’m definitely more excited for snow dream and last years.

I have a question though: what do you do with all the palettes that are old and expired? Personally I keep using them even if they are expired, because after spending so much money I don’t feel like throwing them away just after only two years! What is your opinion about it!?

The smartest thing would be to do the Frankincense shadow as a single. But they likely wouldn't, even after the palette is discontinued.
