@@thelickpolice1210 I kinda missunderstood your comment initially along the lines of anyone who has Jason play Rythm guitar for them must be a god, didn't quite connect that JR was playing Rythm for Ricks Solo.. Kinda dumb on my part..
@H3llraiser 1302 nick has the best tone in the song what do you mean, everything was great but when rick came on it made the song even more impressive bc of the style change just like the blues part and the country part it was amazing. You just hating cause you believe JR is better then rick when in reality that doesnt even matter making it toxic, thr only thing that matters is the songs they make and how they express themselves yet youre here cpmparing them. Instead of hating try to appreciate all artists work or just stfu, literally no one cares, especially if you dont know what youre even talking about kid
Kiliab Gonzalez animals as leaders is the best example of that IMO. 2 guitars and drums and animals as leaders create masterpieces. The joy of motion was such an amazing album. The new one is a really good one too and love the concept of going back to the basics with no samples or enhancing the tone. Garstka said 5% of his drums out of the entire album were beefed up in the studio during double bass parts but when u hear the album, it sounds so organic and it's the same exact sound live which is awesome. Too many metal bands quantize everything to the max.
Martin Piriz Drums In my opinion, both have reached the mountain top of their skills. In 10 years time, most probably their music would be different or improved.

Well....rick graham or whoever....that lick was my single favorite part of the song. This song unfortunately suffers from a major case of ear fatigue, that lick brought me back in.
This song embodies what a master guitar player can do. My mind is blown. I can't believe i just heard this song last week for the first time and this has been here 7 years. I'm glad i finally found Jason and Luke
Speechless...how is that speed & clarity even possible?!?! A technical whirlwind, yet tasteful memorable bits too. Love the transitions, and of course Mr. Graham’s great contribution as well...brilliant!
I have to say it's immeasurably humbling watching this and knowing that any given 3 second sequence is unachievable for me with any level of dedication and practice, after 'playing' guitar for 20 years.
Honestly I wasn't a fan of the mix at first, but it's grown on me a ton. I went into the album/singles expecting a mix similar to The Discovery/Jason's demo tracks on his soundcloud (edgy guitars, hyper aggressive bass tone, etc), but obviously the actual mix is much more natural and lively. Both styles are nice, but I really wonder what his album would have sounded like if it had a different guitar/bass tone. My mix of Fragments for NTM has a disgusting bass tone but it sounds soooooo good with a nice blend of the low/mid/high gain guitar tones provided.
just got the feeling with this song after 100 times to played :D first time to hear, a bit strange mixing raw metal, country and jazz, lol and didn't know that was Rick's part on 4:35, really a cool part over all it so great! thanks for the music
