I nearly got side-swiped (or rather, *rammed*) by someone going on a highway. I was the difference between not crashing, he would have hit me. I saw the other car at the last second in my mirror, I slammed the brakes hard, they missed me. And how poetic was it that the time on my clock was 4:20 when I looked right after?
Oh, and they left the highway at the next exit, 3/4 of a mile from the onramp.

I saw a similar crash the other day. I was stopped at an intersection when a car passed the red light and hit a car at high speeds. Took the entire front part of the vehicle off but the drivers were ok. If it was just half a second later the driver that passed the red light would have t-boned other the car on the driver side and possibly killed the innocent law abiding driver. Just life man, never know when you’re just gonna die.

People who kill other peoples’ lives should get death penalty, regardless if it’s an accident or on purpose. However, most justice system is corrupted because of that, this won’t happen, unless it’s a massacre that impacted and killed many lives or unless it’s planned killing.

Total negligence on the driver's part, particularly if she was impaired by alcohol , prescription or illicit drugs, any claim of extenuating circumstances such as a fight with her boyfriend or a suicide attempt, will fall on deaf ears.

This may seem extreme, but if you can’t control your emotions, choose bad decisions, and live after murdering 6 people, you just don’t deserve to live…

It’s like there’s an unexplained universe law that states “whoever causes such tragic accidents has to survive and live to tell.” She literally deleted lives in a split of a second, don’t see why she lives to breathe the air she just squeezed off of them!

California law is an unborn baby will be considered a murder victim under these circumstances: 1. If the baby was developed enough to have lived outside the mother. (Not considering Sharon Tate's 8 1/2 month unborn baby a murder victim was a travesty of justice.) 2. If the baby was not developed enough to have lived outside the mother *but* it was wanted and would have been born if not for the crime against the mother.

A quote from a semi-old show, CSI: Miami - "Drunk drivers bend, they don't break." That's how they somehow always walk away from accidents like this.
