Welcome back, it's good to see you again! I don't like having to prepoo so I keep up with my weekly shampoo. Currently, I shampoo twice a week since I developed CCCA my scalp can't even go my usual 5 days without needing to be cleansed.

My hair curl pattern is similar to yours just finer strands and not as dense.
