Once again very useful information :) I also raise my fry in shallower water; 4 inches of water depth is all that is required until 21 days old. The depth can then be increased by 1 inch every two days until the depth reaches 12 inches. The frys swim bladders must also develop, so shallower water at first then a slow increase to the 12 inches is very helpful in their development and growth. Also gently moving water raises metabolism and with this comes increased appetite. This will lead to faster growth. The movement of the water must be gentle or the side effect will be reduced fin size particularly in the caudal ( tail ), and dorsal. Dried then powered moringa, duck weed, azolla and gammarus ( skuds ) are also very good foods for fry, grow out and breeders. Hope these tips help :)
I once recieved fry from my local pet shop for free (i was like good friends with them and they had too much guppies and therefore couldnt keep the fry) they didnt mention their age and were stuck in abreeder tank for 1 month, 1 year later their miniature but healthy!
@@GuppyChannel impossible to count 😂 had them since I was 5, so probably around 20 varieties? (we don't have any 'extra' fancy guppies but have had 3 purple and 5 green guppies! (forgot which types)
I use to raise guppies, & I had a 30 gal long fry tank just for that reason & B-4 too long I was swamped in guppies within a years time just by doing what I was doing I ended up with 1-110 gal stock tank full 3-55gal tanks full & 1-20 gal long & the 30 gal long ALL SLAP FULL of guppies in no time. P.SI forgot to mention I started with just 8 adult guppies
bro i have a big problem!!!!pls help as a new guppy fry keeper i kept my first batch of frys(9 frys) in a very small container like 1 gallon and then as a consequence they got stunted they are now 2 months old but still look like 1 week old so when i realised this i now shifted them to a 5 gallon tub . now can they regain their growth or will they always remain stunted like this?
we made this video for beginners, most of them will have a hard time grasping the information, so sometimes there will be repetitive content, sorry about this inconvenience

Thank you for this useful sharing !
I love to breed guppies . Thank you very much 😊 for these Informative videos which helps me improve. Looking forward for the next videos on guppies.
We have a lot of useful and interesting videos on the channel, you can watch and find out the answer for yourself, thank you
what should you do if you have a breeder box (0.5 gallons) and a main fish tank (26 gallons). after how many days/weeks should you release the fry?
You can release baby guppies into the main tank when they are about 2 weeks old.
@@GuppyChannel thanks! that means I'll have to release my fry in 3 days 😆 i'm impressed by how much they can grow in almost 2 weeks 🤯

It was an interesting experience, how many varieties of guppies have you kept now?

We're sorry to say that your baby guppies can't return to their adult size, You should pay close attention to the next baby guppies
How come some grow and some don't from the same litter?
Sometimes it is normal but sometimes it is due to the experience of the guppy breeder.
@@GuppyChannel i read in a different comment section that males release hormones that stunt their brothers and sisters development...
Very impressive
Do fry guppy need heater
If the water temperature is too low, you should equip a heater
In winter
Hard to change water when they are so small and hard to see?
You can use a net to block shrimps to overcome the situation where the fry are sucked out
Feeding them chopped live Tubifex. That's what did it for me.
Your way is very good, but there will be some countries that do not have a food source available
Can you make about water change for fry 😅more detail
Thank you for the suggestion, We will review the old video to make it more detailed
Very nice 👌
Love from India
thanks !
Tuyệt vời
I give them a ten gallon 😄
How many guppies are you breeding in that tank?
your so cute 😍

How the hell are you going to seperate fry by gender
when the baby guppies are 1 month old, the males will have more prominent colors, you just have to separate them
@@GuppyChannel theyre not fry after that..
