    Why isn’t he handcuffed now???

  • @beekneed
    @beekneed 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +10

    Why is he sitting there uncuffed? I'm assuming he has leg cuffs on, but given the unusual circumstances, he should have wrist cuffs on too. He can keep his hands under the table if his 'image' is a concern.

    • @loriknight6993
      @loriknight6993 11 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      He didn't look like he had leg irons on either. I am thinking he has a shock belt on maybe?

    • @katego370
      @katego370 4 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      I'm certain he has some kind of shock device on. They can easily hide that under his jacket and it gives officers immediate control without having to catch up to him to properly tackle him. They could not get this guy under control when he attacked the judge. It took multiple guys and a whole lot of brute force to get him to stay still. So a shock device is probably the best solution and that's likely what he's wearing. He would have to be front cuffed to sit there for hours in which case he could just use his cuffed hands as an amplified punch tool so I don't think it would even be safe to cuff his hands in this situation.
