Hi Ngee Key. Yeah that’d be good. You can also just marinate the wings in a ziplock bag.

I don't fry whole chicken wings because the drums takes longer to cook. The wings are already burnt but the drums are still raw inside.
Lower the heat to cook the drum better. Than double fry for the crisp
