the first two were just so heartwarming...and in the second one, im glad the person wasnt as in on the joke as everyone else was, it paid off and they learned something.
Could you please explain the second one to me? Our schooling is different than the one ellen was talking about so i couldnt quite understand the context.

story of when i kinda "took one for the team"
so we all had to say a speech for science and our teacher was gonna choose from us.He asked us who wants to do it and a few volunteers came up. I really wanted the oppurtunity so i raised my hand. Everyone somehow "lost hope" when i raised my hand. But since the girl i absolutely hate and my bsf wanted it, i recommended a way it would be fair. I really wanted it but my other bsf got the oppurtinity, she had horrible socialising problems and the experience really helped her. The girl who everyone hates started throwing a tantrum so the whole thing was great :)))
I would get such hardcore embarrassment that I wouldn’t be brave enough to handle… I have so much respect to these people and would be in debt to the person who saves me from one of my awkward/embarrassing moments 😭 😂
I don’t understand how people can actually try to pull stuff like that after Carrie. You never know if the girl has superpowers 🤷♀️
A helicopter wife is one who likes to micromanage their husband. Kind of like a helicopter parent who must know what is always going on in their kids' lives, etc.

This one time a girl walked in to our class and if I dont get mistaken the girl who used to be my best friend said smthn bad abt her. I ended up taking the blame my mom forced me to go to the other girl and her mom and apologize for it. My "best friend" ended up bullying me later on..
