That was so much fun to watch what you had previously stashed away in your attic/now craft room. I love watching people discover what they have stored away. I also go through my stored stuff every so often and still get excited looking at it and sometimes keep some of it out to finish. Have fun and thanks for sharing.
Love this! I learned to knit (again) in 2003, and at some point in 2004, I bought something like 10 skeins of Simply Soft in Plum -- back when they were still 7 oz -- for when I felt confident enough to knit a sweater. Never made that sweater, but I found the yarn last year and promptly crocheted an afghan with it. It's wild the crafty plans we make for ourselves! (I've knitted several other sweaters in the ensuing 20 years.)
How fun to find these again! I have been looking through stash from a friend who died last year. Her son has been giving me her supplies as he finds them, and the latest batch has rolled up fabric. As I opened them, I found several WIPs that were not stored with their patterns or flosses, so I will set them aside and hope the patterns show up! Otherwise, I'll be doing some extensive online searching to track down 2 of the patterns I'd really like to finish for her family! I'm back to one of my sampler WIPs for now and will try to do some more FFOing for smalls I plan to gift at Christmas.
How fun! I am going to work on a Galliana pattern that I have worked on over the last couple years called House of Christmas. It is a one color type pattern. I am on the final panel, and I may get it done this year :)
What a great find - you were very organised!!
What a treasure to find all of this after all these years and look at how organized everything was. I enjoyed seeing these.

Ha! I'm not the only one, currently working on a cross stitch project I started about 24 years ago. Finally circling back around.
LOVE SHOPPING our closets…..and drawers of no return……
Oh how fun! Love finding things like that.
