    1. Fruits with lycopene - tomatoes, grapefruit, papaya apricots, watermelon, etc.
    2. Fish & fish oil (Omega 3)
    3. Citrus fruit - oranges, lemons
    4. Nuts containing Zinc - cashews, peanuts, almonds
    5. Brazil nuts (Selenium), vitamin D (salmon) or supplements
    6. Pure - Olive oil, avocados and its oil, pistachios, dark chocolate ( 75% up )
    7. Allium vegetables: garlic, onion, leeks, chives, scallions
    8. --------- No Sugar -------- Exercise

    Helen. Was one of my Radiographer when I had treatment in June/July 2019. A wonderful lady. She was there 3 months later when my wife Penny ❤️ was diagnosed with Mets Breast Cancer unfortunately Penny ❤️ passed away 21 days after diagnosis.

    Interesting - Starting very soon - Think I will find it difficult holding all that water ! Very frightened of side effects - which apparently can be very severe. Some patients have to be catheterised - this is hardly ever discussed in these films !

      That's my major problem right now, holding my full bladder for 2 hours prior to radiation treatment. My doctor precribed Oxybutinin hopefully control my baldder. I also observed that strong will power and determination help to achieve the goal. Talk to your doctor.

    Are these Side effects the same effects as Brest Cancer.

    Somewhat staged. I’m about to go through this process but a man this far advanced with treatment for prostate cancer would have known what a PSA test is as it was a very high PSA reading which set off my cancer treatment but otherwise it’s very informative. Thank you.
