    Something’s that’s helped me a lot the last few months (but I’m not always good at it) is reading my Bible before I look at social media. Then I try to open my Bible app and read some more frequently throughout the day to interrupt the chaos of social media.
    Meditation for me looks a lot like prayer. And I try to focus the beginning of my prayers on thanksgiving. :D

    Succession is one of my favs! The whole cast are so good. I’m watching The Good Wife again which came out years ago. Getting my nails done regularly is one of my few things I have to do.

    I'm working on a bit of a Fall reset today myself! Cleaning out my space and getting rid of the things that no longer serve their purpose for me, and moving on with new things! Made my own pumpkin spice coffee creamer yesterday and enjoying a yummy cup right now! Pumpkin spice candles and apple cinnamon with a wooden wick are going all over the place. I'm in Texas, so still too warm to be "Fall", but the vibe inside is definitely Fall adjacent!!

    Love the whole thing about having a better morning routine to start the day. I’m also guilty of just getting on my phone as soon as I get up and then I’m on it for like an hour or 2. I’ve been trying to get back into the habit of reading so if I read for an hour when I wake up then I’ll at least feel good that I read an hour a day. Fall makes me feel new too! Can’t wait for the videos! Honestly I’m here for them all regardless of subject 😂🍁🖤

    I love meditating daily, it is the only habit I keep even on vacation. I would suggest the ten percent happier podcast for inspiration on different ways of meditating and definitely their app, I think it is the best one right now!

    Loved this video. So many great lines: the spontaneous excitement for pumpkin spice latte, 'look at how many i brought back, there's no reason for that' and 'i don't want any judgement okay?....i'm upset with myself for making this purchase'. Thanks for the fall vibes!

    agree with you on never a bad time for a fresh start! I used to think I had to hit certain times of year for those which is silly (though using those times to reassess is fine... I was just doing like oh I realized I need a reset in July but it can wait til September and like why did I do that to myself? 😂)
    I recently realized I have been half-assing my planning... if that. I've definitely put planning on the back burner and my quality of life is lacking for it. definitely started a reset of my planning practices for this month. and I've been slowly working on developing better cleaning habits so that's not a reset but also continuing to make cleaning and decluttering a focus this month

    My favorite water app is Plant Nanny (theres a free version). You water your littler virtual plant every time you drink water and if you don't it gets all sad and brown. Can't drink water to keep myself alive but god forbid my little virtual plant gets sad.

    Loved this video, totally felt all the things. And yes 🥂 to enjoying and being present for the the remainder of the year. I’m tired of letting the important things (and they are) take the forefront and engulf my brain, time, and energy. I want to have more fun too ❤️❤️❤️

    Literally just cleaning up my laundry and folding everything since that was something I was getting behind on and I want to just have it out of the way when I can my god! Happy to have you here to guide me through it hehehe ✨👕✨ My intention for my final year of uni (and so these final months of 2022 are the start of that) is to enjoy everything while it lasts, say yes and not worry to much (aka nag my teammates LOL)💖

    I don’t like doing resets in January so i has really bad winter SAD and physical health, so i normally pick it up end February/ March as my reset time so September as another reset would work great as well.

    your conversation about meditation made me decide to go back to doing meditations on Apple Fitness Plus! I've never enjoyed mediations before, but ever since doing them with Apple I've actually found some benefit, and relaxation from them. I'm going to make sure I do one right when I wake up tomorrow! thanks for the inspiration 👍🏼🧡

    Hey, love your videos. Just ( mortally) felt I had to mention you have a small lump in the front of your neck that you can see in your last few clips. It can be indicative of a thyroid disorder. You might want to get it checked at your next dr appointment, if it’s not already been assessed. Anyway, hopefully this isn’t overstepping and only wanted to help in case you weren’t aware.     The stacking of tiny habits just doesn't do it for me. Part of what morivates me to do sports is feeling absolutely done afterwards. So just doing a 5 min workout is a habit I will never stick to

    Go get a massage, girl. Those neck and shoulder muscle strains are legit and self-perpetuating (because you hold your head differently when you are injured). Find a good, strong sports massage therapist and tell them to focus on that spot. You will be amazed how much this helps your recovery! (I have recurring shoulder pain as I was a fast-pitch softball pitcher in my youth.) Good luck!
