maintaining your trailer temperature has a lot more consequence then people think Music: Harmony Musician: @iksonmusic Music: Outside Musician: @iksonmusic Titus 2:7
You say it will not chill the product it will only maintain its temperature ?..... when I do LTL work... I will have half a trailer of chilled product 33 degrees... then I will pick up about eight pallets of tortillas they just made and we're sitting out on the dock for me to pick up..... later that day when I check it with my heat gun they are all down to 33°..... I do the same thing most every week
I'm going to have to disagree with you a little bit.... the trailers I dragged around are only a couple of years old and it tells you the actual temperature when you look in the mirror.... it also tells you your fuel level when you look in the mirror.... I will burn twice as much fuel on continuous then I will on cycle mode.....
it takes a bunch of check work to make sure everything works correctly! huh!! some really helpful experience! I wish more folks would have more of these kinds of skills! u'd make a good QC man! quality control. yup! i totally agree! every one jumps on the driver/operator! i'm like thinking, what the hell!
Most of the trailers I pick up are preloaded. I'm not sure having your own recorder would be beneficial because chances are if something was to happen they would go off the ECM that's in the Refrigerated unit. That's one of those things that it probably wouldn't hurt if you could get away with it but it probably wouldn't be all that beneficial either

Is it worth having your own recorder to put in the trailer? Or are most of the trailers already loaded and sealed when picked up?
