    Loved the pace of this video and all the nature sounds, and the lovely mellow flute-tune there in the middle. It really went well with the visuals. Top notch.

    This forest is so dense that the sunlight won't be able to breach it. Bear Grylls goes to these places with an entire crew and gets a billion views and this guy is totally alone but just 3k views. You are the real survivor buddy. Well done !!! 👍

    Excellent video! Thanks for this one. By the way, what kind of saw is that you are using?

      Thanks Randy! We uses a saw called Fiskars. Excellent on smaller tree's, but not too sturdy unfortunately. Cheers

    Rock'in Johnathon ROCK'IN! Obviously, great fire starting abilities, wet wood is often a pain to deal with but, you handled it like a BOSS. Awesome location! I bet it was as dark as a cave at midnight in that forest...yikes! Let us know what you think of that new Exped cover, looked interesting, maybe for tarp camping? I have to say I love your camara shots, they are some what unusual and great to see. You are a very creative individual! Another awesome video (a little short for those of us addicted to your camping trips, but we'll definitely take it)! Thank you for sharing, my best regards to you and please pass on to Marius my kindest regards as well. Take care my brother! Bibsoutdoors

      Thank you so much, buddy! Indeed it is! Was lucky this time, but happy how it worked out! Love this location, its where it all started. Loved the new Exped cover, been afraid to have the exped on the ground, but now its no stress at all! Again, thank you buddy! Have a great summer! We are heading out for a couple of weeks this summer, so busy times :) Take care!

    What pad do you use to kneel on when you are building the fire?
    How do you guys put out your fires in the summer especially if water is not near by?
    Have you ever thought of using steel wool as a fire starter?

    • @woodsmenofficial2020
      @woodsmenofficial2020  5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Usually we just use a sitting pad, but we often don't use anything since we use water resistant pants. We have restrictions in Norway when it comes to fire. From 15th of april to 15th of september we are not allowed to start a fire. We always take
      precautions before starting a fire, which may include digging a hole in the ground and removing all dry flammable materials around the fire. We usually make a bed of rocks and a wall of rocks around the fire pit to make the fire more "protected".
      We have tried a couple of different methods lately, but not steel wool, that would've been fun for sure!
      Thanks for the questions buddy!! Cheers

      Don't force us to speak english then, he says "ehmm" to give himself time to think out what he's going to say next.
