We don’t know that yet they haven’t unlocked their soul reaper power yet. Remember ichigo was like them before rukia came and unlock his soul reaper power

No they named him Kurosaki, not Shiba. Kurosaki is a Quincy clan name and it’s questionable if the Soul Society knows of them.

Isshin was already a human by then.White was transferred to Ichigo. So, They would only have her mother quincy powers to inherit.But remember, Being a quincy isn't a easy thing as it requires talent and high iq unless you can get Yhwach blood.
