    Hi, Sarah. I teach online college courses, and your advice is spot on. When starting online college, it helps to know what to expect.

    I do online school, I have found it very hard to stay motivated with the schoolwork, I have problems with getting really stressed over little things like quizzes and tests, and I was wondering if anyone else has the same problem? I mean I try really hard yet I still get so stressed about getting the right answer or seeming dumb for a wrong answer. Idk what happened to my schedule, but I find it really hard to get all my work done when I'm stressing about 1 thing. Lol idek it's 5:37 pm rn and I only have one class done. Idk Its probably just me being lazy or something :/

    I've been taking online classes since October 2016. I graduate next June for my Associates. Then I will probably do my bachelors through SNHU. I wish there were more videos like this!!! I think the hardest is finding a study schedule for yourself

    I'm working on my associates degree in Medical Office Administration and most of my professors ask for APA but some prefer MLA. Before beginning college I had never used MLA. It was a fish out of water feeling so I completely understand what you mean about learning a new format.

      That’s interesting Heather. I personally was EXTREMELY use to MLA and recently have been required to use APA. 🙆🏽‍♂️ Luckily my online school had a crash course video on it in the tools and resources page.
      Happy Learning/ peace and love !

    i dont have a laptop at all. i dont have enough $ nor does myparents. Is havin a laptopt important? i usually have alot of time for when i can chill out ,and do my hw at school. they have a computer lab, but i think havign a laptopt would be easier because i could take it with me, and hook up to wifi at like starbucks or something. is a laptop important for online classes or no? i have a personal computer at home. this videos very helpful!

      @heyyitssj  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      A personal laptop is not mandatory, but recommended as it allows for more freedom of movement if you don't want to stay at the library

    Hello, I wanted to ask how you feel about the networking part of online schooling? Do you feel that your getting any networking with your professors/instructors? I am looking into doing my masters online and fear that there is no networking component or opportunity to get letters of recommendation after you graduate for employment, etc. If you have any insight that would be appreciated. Thank you.

      Janeth yes you just have to show the IEP to the counselor. Whatever documents you have about your IEP show it to your Academic counselor they will know what to do.
