Hope you guys got some motivation from seeing my study routine...comment what you do to stay on track in school & we can all help each other out :) #LetsDoThis 👏🏼📚📝
Looking over your notes at least ten minutes a day really helps a lot! That way you don't have to cram before the test or study as much because you know the material!
i’m an accounting major so taking notes isn’t really a thing for me since this course requires analysis more than memorization. So what i do to stay in track is to answer as many problems as i can & before proceeding to the next problem, i’d make sure to understand the concept of the whole problem :) i also keep in mind how my professors make the tests so every time i study, i already know which topics need 100% attention on. PLANNERS ARE LIFE SAVERS TOO! btw thank you for this video! i’ve already watched this last month but i came back here to find inspiration since i have exams this week HAHAHA luv u kiara! 💓🙏🏼
my biggest study tip is time!!! always give yourself more time than you think you’ll need for studying/homework. for tests, i give myself at least one more day to study than i think i’ll need, and for assignments, i try to finish them at least 12 hours before they’re due, that way if i run into some issue i’m not panicking right before the test/due date
as a university lecturer I really love the way you study, reorganizing the information post lecture is such a great way to consolidate the information🙌❣
I feel like this semester is going really bad for me, first because of some of my teachers and second because I'm not putting the real effort in class I guess, I just feel motivated by this video. As soon as I go home I'll try to put in order my notes on every subject. Thanks for the video, I'll try to be as much productive as I can!! Thank you, Love, and wish me luck.
My best tip: Prime yourself to be attentive during class so you absorb the information well the 1st time, then when you review it, it's either easy or familiar.
have you ever used mildliner highlighters? I would definitely recommend them, the colors range from light to dark and they're all beautiful! For pens I love using pilot juice as well! Thanks for the great motivational study video :)
I didn't even realise it, but man I missed these good old study with Kiara vlogs 😅 So glad you are loving your courses, great vibe as always and honestly the one page summary is the best study tip ever! Good luck ending the semester 😘
I hate to study during night so I try to do everything I can until 7. Or course if I really need to do something I’ll do it, but i try to have some time for myself to disconnect and rest.
I'm actually studying right now and was losing motivation to continue reading when the notification of your video came up and I stopped learning to watch it and immediately got inspired to continue with myeading, simply by watching your determination and motivation to do all the things you do throughout the day ... thank youu and I am loving the playlist, can easily be a study playlist too 💕💕
I am in the midst of my busiest time of the sem, all 4 of my finals in 1 week and i can't express how much i rlly needed this :( thank you kiara you're studying vids are my fav & the best in the yt game!!! xxx wishing u a good school year ahead x
I just want to thank you so much. I just found your channel recently and I've been in such a slump for both school and my personal life and you have really helped turn it around. Things are going a lot better now. Also you are extremely pretty lol.
I'm studying to be a nursery teacher and we mostly have oral exams where we do a presentation first and then get asked questions after, that referes to an asignment we handed in a week earlier. I always use cue cards, because that way I remember the things in keyword and small sentences :)
completely irrelevant but ur eyes are absolutely beautiful, you've probably heard this from a lot of ppl but i rewinded so many parts for the sake of ur ocean eyes
I love this gal so much. I just find her smart, very organized and obviously know what she’s doing and get things done. She’s so relatable. Good luck on your test Kiara, for sure you’ll nail it.
I also listen to John Mayer when i study and i do the whole gum thing ! !! ok it's official youre my youtuber soulmate thank u for coming to my ted talk 🤓
This was so interested and great. I usually make my own powerpoint and the have a quiz at the end. Or I make flashcards I think this works very well. Xx
I could never study in the morning, or like during the day (unless it's like finals and I had an enormous pile of things to memorize) so I always did most of my studying in the evening/night. And I am a visual tatcile (not sure that's the word) learner, so I always had to (like you) rewrite my notes/create a spread sheet. I also found very helpful watching youtube videos, like for my autonomy class or my first aid class.
while i'm trying to learn things by heart and say them out loud, i can somehow vision the text that i am trying to memorize and remember how it was written on the page..
I study French, History and English Literature so a lot of my revision is based in the writing of A LOT of practice essays. and using my mini whiteboard (love the mini whiteboard!) to learn key facts and quotes and critical quotes and vocab etc.
A finals how-to guide for freshmen might be cool to do!! I remember struggling HARDCORE with self care and studying to get things done in time!! Might be nice to have a refresher!
My study strategy is getting as much information in as i can in class, that way when i study, it'll be easier (im a very organised person yet i study last minute. Always.)
My tip is to make notes with colors and drawings. Also, make it with time. I like to study and then ask a friend to ask me about the information that I already study and then I will ask him.
heyy if you're reading this i hope you're having a great day!! And if you dont just remember it will all be fine💞 just take good care of yourself and drink some tea maybe♥️ xxx a small youtuber💞
Hi Kiara just love your video and would love if you make a video for tips how to prepare a Hesi or Teas exam . I would love to hear you opinions or any tips 🌻🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Same technique I used back when I was still in high school preparing for O and A levels CIE exams(By British Council) Highlighting the important lines and paragraphs and definitions and formulas too.Making every chapter notes.Especially in Sociology subject .
I love your study routine! It's so fun and organized. I'm definitely going to do that for my finals. This is so random but it's so hard for me to focus in my room and not get tempted by my phone or other things. How do you find motivation in room to stay on task and constantly study?? Btw I loveeee your videos!!!!!
Yay! I feel like it’s been so long! Thank you for the ever so helpful video! Also, do you generally wear contacts? I got confused when I am saw your glasses😂😂
why dont you make your note sheets on your computer so that you can add all the information and then choose what sizes to make things and where to put them
I actually just use normal printer paper that is unlined and then I save them by putting them in a clear sheet and sometimes I will put them in a binder too
So American unis have finals in november/december?🤔 It's kinda confusing watching this as I have midterms now and throughout december and then finals in february
At her school they do quarters instead of semesters so they only have 11 weeks of classes and then exams. They start in the beginning of October and end the fall term in the beginning of December with finals. Then they go back early January-mid March and then April to June. Where most other schools start in late August early September and get out at the beginning of May. At most schools the date of your final depends on your professor. One of my professors already assigned the final project and it’s due in early December but my other classes our final is the last day of classes.
@@Torr.explores thanks for the explanation 😁 In my uni we have winter and summer semester. Winter is from october till end of january. February is reserved for finals and then summer semester starts in march and lasts until mid june. So summer finals are from mid june to mid july. Anything that you couldn't pass in summer or winter finals you can again try in september. It's kinda fun seeing how every country has different school system.
Hope you guys got some motivation from seeing my study routine...comment what you do to stay on track in school & we can all help each other out :) #LetsDoThis 👏🏼📚📝
have a to-do list for sure!! Putting down what you have to get done is very helpful especially when you have a lot of things going on!! :)

Just curious... Why do you use your laptop to pull up the slides instead of saving the desk space and using your iMac?
You are so productive i cant haha
Watching this for the 100th time (I won't be far of tbh) and whenever I need motivation, lol, thankyou motivation-queen!
Do you use a regular planner and the knock knock pad? If so what planner do you use?

So American unis have finals in november/december?🤔 It's kinda confusing watching this as I have midterms now and throughout december and then finals in february
In Norway we have final closer to the last day of school.
In Canada, we have finals in december. I believe each country’s different!
