Again, another great product from arm assassin. I watched this video like 3 times to try and see if I can use it another way besides the cable machine.. I just ordered it, and I think I'm going to try to connect it to my Olympic loading pin ,with a carabiner, just to see. I love their products! Great demonstration big guy!!

Paul, you are my fav armwrestler by far! Its a very addictive sport and i started training recently but can u tell me how do you deal with inner elbow pain, if you ever had it?
sir can you straighten your arms because I can't since I started doing biceps and arm wrestling workouts. I kind of feeling like it's kind of getting locked I don't know it feels really uncomfortable.
you should do stretches before and after workout but if you want to compete in armwrestling then the elbow lock thing is a good thing, just look at denis and devon, they can't straighten their arms
