In English, you say, "slap down". In Chinese, we say, "打臉". The Chinese characters and the English words have the same meanings! However, when used, the Chinese phrase might have a meaning of trying to criticise and embarrass the person you're speaking to.
I reckon that I will bear in mind 3 new words. Firstly I just knew that "tackle" but currently I know more about them.1, labelled: described a specific way 2, tackle :deal with something 3,slapping: attached urgently 4.slap down: defeat something

Labeling junk food as 'Addictive' emphasizes the importance of slapping down its overuse.
One solution to tackle obesity is by slapping the addictive labels to ultra-processed food.
Beth is osam❤❤

Tackling obesity wont'be easy since lots of people nowadays are addicted to junk food: can it be because cooking at home Is cosidered time consuming?
The question lingers on....
The real addiction is mobile and internet addiction!
Slapping
Fast food my favourite 😅, because i am student, i spend more time outside from home and i always eat junk food, but i haven't any health problems,
Ultra-process food should be labered addictive and I need to ride bicycle to help tackle climate change.Slapping down one's suggestion is not polite.
What is level we have learned in these videos?
This level is B1/B2 😊
@@bbclearningenglish thanks🥰❤
I am eating Mac now 😅
Interesting, but I've never heard about, for example, someone being mugged because of junk food. So, clearly, not as addictive as drugs.
