I'm really glad to see in like last two years that new wave of pop punk music, even if i rather listen to more harder punk rock/skate punk. My favorite is KennyHoopla - estella// and Hollywood Sucks//. It gives me strong early 2000's vibes! :)
I can recommend you some harsher sounds, but it's more post-punk and garage punk (all modern too).

@@HedeccaTamer id say give it a couple years but it seems like fads are coming and going at a much faster pace than ever. This list didn't really highlight any actual gems like Prince Daddy and the Hyena, or PUP, or Mom Jeans. This is all just mainstream radio pop punk. If you want something real tight check out either of these albums.

MGK has definitely turned around the scene, but I kinda think there's an overestimation of Yungblud and underestimation of Kennyhoopla and Mod Sun
yea tbh i don't think yungblud is really punk rock/pop puck but more all around alt if you get what i mean
