Yes, I walk ALOT with him. That was one of the requirements from the breeder. He is the sweetest. We sold our home in Vero Beach and renting. Considering our options as we want something small now. Does the Palms have CDD bond requirements like the Villages? I learned that besides the 189 HOA there was an $880 plus interest monthly bond besides the mortgage. Ocala Reserves is $500 HOA plus $6k annually forever CDD.
Ocala Palms doesn't have CDD fees. They do have a one-time orientation fee of under $200.00, though. In Ocala Preserve, it depends on the section that you are buying the home in. The newer sections have CDD fees, but the older sections don't, and instead have one-time club, reserve fund and capital contribution fees that total just under $6000 that get paid at closing.
