I disagree that the damage on the rear quarter had nothing to do with the accident - the consistency of that dent looks like it rippled on impact and sprung back leaving the crease remaining where the edge of the stiffener structure starts on the upper inner wing. Don't remove the rear panel until the rear damage has been pulled out. A fair bit of work involved - but getting those panels in colour is a very useful bonus! 👍👍
100% them dents in quarter panel are it been pushed forward so mental has to bend inwards due to quarter been pushed up. Needs to go on a jig and they will pull car straight and dents will go or be reduced
Well done on the pug. The price for Corsa bits is spot on mate . I would speak to guy before you cut any of the back panel . He will prob want to pull off that to get wheel well back were it should be. Wehey Car 3 what will it be ???
That wing looks really good 👍. You can't put lipstick on a pig. The van is coming along nicely. It's going to have another hard life. As long as it's tidy it will make a great work horse. Can't wait to see the next installment 👍👍
I got hit up the back in a Skoda Fabia about 3 years ago ago it creased the rear quarter inward just like that I had my boss look at it who has done bodywork for many years and he said it would need to be jigged so I ended up scrapping it
Mark , did the bodyshop tell you to remove the backend ? you plan too, they will be able to pull that out , without needing a new backend it's not that bad as for the crease, bit of a coincidence for it not to of happened in the bump
Hi Mark. Good luck with the Pug. The Corsa panels seemed to have come in at a good price. Also remember that the price of scrap is very high at the moment, so with the bent stuff being weighed in. It may (off-set) your Outgoings a little bit. See you in the next one. 👍👍
it may hinder the bodyshop if you remove the rear panel first as they may need to pull it first to get the wheelwell something like i would ask them first . also its a long hard day drilling all those spot welds out you could be working on something else ? me i would chuck the tailgate on chuck the rest in the back and say here you go guys have at it
Hi Mark you do like getting your hands dirtey with this one but I think you can replace the panel and that is it the parts for the car was good bargain Mark you did well all the best to you and your family 😎🔧👍🇬🇧
Hi, is this a 1.0L ecoflex engine? Definitely interested in seeing the work being continued and also looking for a first car at the moment so would potentially be interested. 👍
Hi Mark, I listen to your video's using headphones and I am picking up music playing in the background on this video so that might be why they are taking longer cos of copyright maybe
Mark have say Peugeot has come out well nice one. As for the corsa nowhere as bad as people on here making out.Dont you think the dents were done at the salvage yard,i would think that is the most likely .
Any chance of you giving me the number of the Vauxhall breaker please Mark Love what you do look forward to seeing each and every video you post been watching you for years now

If the body repair chap doesnt think the kinks are related to the accident then he should change jobs.......no clue

Great content mate looking forward to seeing how you get on with it
That kink in the roof is definitely caused by the rear end shunt. That whole spare wheel well section needs cutting out and replacing too imo.
Hi Mark worth checking euro car parts for body panels, had a quick look on there and I think I found the back panel for the corsa £32.00.
Thanks buddy really wow I will have a look nice one buddy 👍👍
pre face lift badge on the tailgate on a facelift corsa, tell tale sign its been hit in the back more than once.
