I'm was really surprised by this showcase, honestly a lot better than I was expecting. And I agree with MGS Delta, if anything the 'Delta' subtitle tells me it could be number 4.
The showcase was really good. There wasnt much gloom but there was some Doom

Between Paper Mario TTYD and Metal Gear Solid Delta, I love my favorite games of all time getting high-quality remakes lately. Really hope Konami takes advantage of the groundwork and remakes more MGS games after Delta. Specifically MGS4 so it’s not imprisoned on the PS3 any longer.

Didn't know Metal Gear was a remake. My highlight was Life is Strange game but honestly beyond that the only that interested me some were Doom and Indiana Jones

Perfect Dark looking more like the recent Deus Ex games, and I'm here for it. Sad to see now Banjo though... one day 😂
I dont get the complaint about Delta. Like, one of the big games i grew up with was Chrono Trigger, and Delta Attack. A triangle (delta) has 3 sides. It's obvious if you think about it for even a second.

The Xbox showcase succeeded where the PS one failed in one key area. Most of the games didn't look samey. I'll take it.
this just in: turns out some fans dont like the new Doom's medieval aesthetic. not sure why they didnt mind through all
of Eternal's medieval aesthetic. and a prequel game set before 2016's game of when Doom Slayer
was amongst a planet of medieval aesthetic people seems like it means its gonna HAVE to have that
kind of aesthetic.
Not sure how I feel about perfect dark but Fable 4 looks good
I'm conflicted because the MGS3 remake looks great and Snake Eater was one of my favorites, but the fact that Konami completely scrubbed Kojima's name from it really pisses me off. They really screwed him over and I can't support that.
1. Its called Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater. Im pretty sure people will know which game its a remake of.
2. It may be the thrid game created but chronologically its a distant prequel to most games in the entire series. I say this new titling is an improvement in series clarity.
"I guess they think Hyper-Realism is the way to go for this series"
That's literally what Xbox is doing with all their titles at this point
And the ones they don't do it to they shut the studios down :(

New Perfect Dark is a hard pass for me. I need a return to GoldenEye gameplay, this clearly is not it.
