ISEC Safety Video & Animation of Gas Explosion in Confined Space (City gas Manhole)

On February 26, 2017, three contract employees were fatally injured by gas explosion as they were performing maintenance work inside a city gas manhole. One of the workers was thrown out on the ground and died.
