Industrial Safety and Engineering Company has two main departments:
1-Incident investigation: ISEC is an independent office investigates about incidents in the oil and gas industries and determines the root causes and conditions which led to the events. All the investigative staffs include electrical, chemical and mechanical engineers and safety experts who have worked in industrial plants and have years of experience. After completing the investigation and final report, their safety videos are produced by industrial animation production department of ISEC.

Safety Video and Animation
International Safety and Engineering Company (ISEC) kick started in 2002 by successful delivery of various research projects in the oil industry. Later, in 2010 an incident investigation department was established to share the lessons learned in the industrial accidents.
ISEC is an independent office whose aim is to improve industrial safety culture by conducting unbiased investigations of incidents and sharing the root cause analysis results in comprehensive reports.
We believe if detailed investigations are conducted and all aspects of an incident are thoroughly considered, then the learned lessons can help prevent similar incidents in future.
We aim to address questions of our audience on technical basis supported with necessary calculations and simulations, so they can confidently refer to the results of these investigations.
Once the investigations are completed and final report is published, we produce safety videos and animations of the incident. These artworks help the viewers to feel themselves in the scene of the incident, relating with the people and circumstances of the incident to better memorize the lessons learned. This visual picture will help them later in similar situations to stop the sequence of unsafe events and save lives.
As you are well aware, incident investigation is one of the most important steps in Process Safety Management (PSM), so if you are a manger of a process plant, you can reach us to perform root cause analysis of near misses or incidents and share our findings and its learning.

I had no idea ammonia was such an explosion hazard. I live in farm country and see the tanks of anhydrous ammonia being drug around every spring. They used to marked with a placard that said Non Flammable Gas. Now they get a green diamond marked 1005. Still nothing to indicate that the contents can cause other materials to explode.

Propane is never stored in tanks as shown. It is stored in bullets at high pressure to keep it from becoming a gas.
Thanks for your notice. This animation shows the real process of a petrochemical plant. These are cold storage tanks which are used foe for storing liquid gas(Propane, LPG and ...)
