How long should I train with one technique, before moving to the next technique...? how much repetition should I do with one technique to master that technique...? thank you for your answer, tuhon Aditya... :)
This is a very hard question to answer. There are some things that i have trained since i started and still train today. There are some things that i don't train as much as i used to. It really depends on too many factors. However the drills from the solo training playlist can be made into a comprehensive self training structure. You can easily train this material for many years and it will form a good solid foundation for your FMA journey. Structure your week so that you're doing drill A on Monday, Drill B in Tuesday etc etc. As to mastering a technique from TH-cam. That's very hard. Because there is so much that is left out in a video. How can you master something without all of the information. Finding a good teacher is important
