Hi Brian... my forks differ from yours.... :( :( :( my bike is a 1200r 2004 model.. part No 44023-0024. what year is your forks from... i guess its a 1200r... hav you never tried puttin the bush in the fridge or freezer to shrink it a bit and heat the fork leg to expand it a little to help knoc it in??? that tool you made wont work on mine 😭😭😭
Yes completely different.... Mine here is 2001 ZRX 1200R and these are the stock OEM forks.. Yours are "different" I also have a 2005 ZRX (Although I'm running Ohlins RWU forks) However the 05 ZRX forks are the same as my friends 06 and the cylinder removal tool is "square" on the end it locates into the cylinder....(completely different from my 01 fork internals..) And yours "might" be different from both of those as well...😮 Hard to say until you get it out for a look.. BG.
Great tips, thanks, Brian ☺️👍
Great work sir. Your videos couldn't have come at a better time as I am in the process of putting my 2003 back together. Thanks,Dennis.
