My neighbor saw one come busting out of the woods just ahead of me on my 4 wheeler. He waved me down I’ll never forget the look on his face when he was trying to explain to me what he saw. His eyes were like saucers. Old time farmer he was didn’t know what he just saw

Scary, I use to go snowmobiling in the Poconos. Never went at night. I heard a story about that brought a fireman who had a cabin up by NY state Reservoir. Had Sasquatch up there, the guy had early retirement had been at 911 in NYC and suffered from PTSD. 😮 I am in NJ so never thought of Sasquatch especially if you live in a city especially in upstate NY.

Meanwhile, back at the bigfoot camp, sitting around the campfire, papafoot is telling a frightening story to babyfoot of a strange human walks for miles and miles, only to stop and talk to a little box. He doesn't eat berries on this travels, but eats shiny rocks he retrieves from the streams.

I'm also from Ashland and have spent time around Hyatt Lake. Always thought it was probably bigfoot country, very wild. And like others I bet that the Sasquatch was letting those guys know that their noisy snowmobiles were not welcome on its home turf, especially at night.

I do so enjoy your story telling as I have commented before
But I also enjoy the way you film and edit, and the ‘routine’ you have set into
We have the first few shots of you walking to your story destination, and you must go back and forth to retrieve your camera as you often film yourself walking away
Then comes the beer naming 😂and a few facts about where you are
Then we get to the story
All the things you put into your videos make it a real treat to watch and listen to

Just settling in to listen while frying up some good ole' pork chops; going to have a couple of red potatoes - enjoying some very temperate weather here in the heartland of KS. Nothing can beat that for relaxation while enjoying a good Chris England story; yes, and we have had our beer as well, hehe. Thanks, Chris! Great job! Take care.
P.s. When at Honobia OK bigfoot conference two yrs ago, we had the same type of banging on our camper at an RV park 30 miles from the conference center. Never forget it. It felt like the bigfoot were visiting us as we had visited them earlier that day while out on a short walk to hang fruit from trees in their forest (bad idea) and do a couple of whoops.
Fair enough. We bothered them, they bothered us, were all staying home next time. Lol

I liked this story because I know the area and used to camp at the neighboring lake, Howard Prairie. I probably was at SOSC at the same time as Jeff too. I got the impression that the Sasquatch was upset about the snowmobiles going through and disturbing his home. Normally he is a pretty nice guy.

Neat story. I live just south of Ashland near Yreka, CA (off I-5).
I like this story. I've gone through similiar things with my dad. I've chalked it up to his generation of mostly wwii vets for age reference (or born 1920-1930). Also, baby boomer dads.
I haven't had a Bigfoot experience despite time in the forest.
Well, maybe one at Sagehen Campground north of Truckee off hwy 89.
I had a small rv. One night, something shook it. I considered a bear because it's bear country.
Next morning I noticed that everyone had left the Campground! I decided to leave as well because Sagehen is remote off a bumpy dirt forestry road. It's just too creepy to be alone as a woman without personal protection.

Awesome as always Chris. It's so beautiful and serene out there. I can't wait to make it out there someday to just take a gander at all the beauty. What an encounter yikes 😳 😬
And yes it's hard for some to admit when they're wrong unfortunately lol to bad they didn't take pictures of the foot prints in the flour on the floor that would have been a sight to see. Hmmm
I was thinking 🤔 that the reason it started banging on the A-frame cabin was because they were making alot of noise with the snowmobiles and the Bigfoot followed them back and decided to teach them a lesson lol 😅 so when they decided to chase after the sasquatch after they left the sasquatch came back and retaliated by tearing up the cabin. Yikes 😬 😳
That is pretty scary. I don't think I would ever chase after one. Nope gun or not. Nope not me lol.
Thank you Chris for sharing this awesome story and for all the hard work and time that you put into these videos. They are truly top-notch.
I would also like to thank the people who send in their encounters. I know it's hard to relive that moment but it's good for others to know they are not alone in this. And it makes it easier for others to open up and send their encounters in.

I love the way you tell a story and make it so vivid. I grew up in the neighboring area of Medford and camped up there many times. I agree with the other commenter about it maybe not liking the snowmobiles because we had rocks thrown at us up there on ATV’s one time. One hit my husband’s ATV pretty hard so he got mad and tried to find who was throwing them, but we literally found no one else up there so it was weird. Thanks for a great story about our region.

I'm not a beer drinker and I hate listening to big foot stories. Regardless, I find you easy and relaxing to listen to. Your stories seem authentic and original and you tell them well. It's amazing how you tell a story as if it's the first time your hearing it. How do you do that?

You know the more we think about the odd things that happened at our old place while we lived there, the more we believe there was a Foot living in the hollow behind our home.
We always heard the tree knocking but never knew what it was then. Strange whooping sounds we thought were from an unknown bird that also did some jungle-like bird sounds. No native birds like that here.
And the rock throwing!!! We and my father in law experienced those. He was barely missed by a very big rock one day. And I had man hand sized limestone stones miss me by just inches on two occasions. One bounced under the truck hitting it underneath making a loud racket and came out by my legs. The other one whizzed past my head missing me by only a few inches.
Then the growls nearby at night when I walked my dog in the back field at night.
And the deep growl directly behind the Magnolia that was almost touching our camper that we lived in while remodeling our home to get ready to sell it. I had also been walking my dog out there at night. Pitch black outside. I only had a small flashlight, that I did not use to try to see what was growling loudly just a few feet from me behind the tree. I was too busy kind of tossing my dog in the door and scrambling up the steps to get inside away from whatever it was. I wouldn’t go outside alone after that.
I fell backwards off those steps one night the next year. I have no idea why. Not sure if I had a dizzy spell or what happened. I just suddenly felt myself sliding down the door that my back was against, as it opened up all the way against the camper and thinking “I am falling and the door is not going to catch me.”
It knocked me out when I hit the ramp the camper was pulled up on to level it.
My husband that I now made go outside with me, said he turned and saw me bounce off the ramp and onto the ground. When my head hit the concrete paver in the walkway the pain woke me up just fleetingly for a second but then I was out. He had tried for several minutes to wake me but couldn’t.
As I lay there I was kind of coming to and I could hear a little bit more. I could hear him tell me Honey please wake up but I could not move, speak or even open my eyes.
I heard him quickly get the dog inside and then tell me he had to go up to the road to direct the ambulance to and down our 450 foot driveway to me. I tried to say “No, please don’t leave me here alone, but I could not say a word or open my eyes either. I could think but I couldn’t speak. I was finally able to open my eyes just a little and see the awkward way I was lying. One arm was twisted all the way back underneath me. My legs were lying over the landscape timbers in the flower bed. My head was still on the paver. He was afraid I had broken limbs and maybe my back or cracked my head, so he hadn’t tried to move me.
When he walked away, I got that primal fear feeling. I wanted to scream for him to stay. I was lying right by that tree where I had heard that last deep growl the year before. I just felt like there was something getting close to me and I couldn’t even move. It seemed like ages before the ambulance got there. And I was lying there defenseless.
The EMTs got me loaded up and to the ER.
Thankfully I had no broken bones or back discs. I had a severe concussion though and it took me several hours to be able to speak at all.
I told my husband “I am not staying in the camper there any more”. And we didn’t. We drove 300 miles round trip from our new place, every day for months, until we finally finished the house at the end of November and it sold in December.

Another great one Chris! That is a crazy massive giant pine cone! Nothing missing in the cabin so it's outside of 90% of break-ins. Criminal Mischief is possible but unlikely and might make up 3-5%. Reminds me of the cabin in Alaska that kept getting ransacked but nothing stolen and they put a nail board out that got stepped on during one of the intrusions.

Great stories! Strange how there is not one footprint photo or a recording.. I understand that in the 80s, it wouldn't be likely.. but since at least 15-20 years ago, there's got to be at least one photo or a recording of the encounters.. I guess they stopped showing up nowadays 🤔 .. Oh well.. loving your stories and the ambiance 🙂

They literally have a Big Foot museum with casts from a whole bunch of their humongous feet. They also have hair samples & a few short videos that were analyzed by a professional who said it didn’t appear to be tampered with.

Thanks again for a wonderful story. You make the story come alive. There are many Bigfoot story tellers here on TH-cam, but most are just looking for him and the stories are too long with nothing happening. Boring.
I prefer your your way of telling real stories.
Have a great week, Chris. See you next Sunday. 😊
