As it was moved by nehru on 13december 1946 and this date is just after few days of it. So, this is before the draft of our indian constitution actually made. And hence you can hear the assembly discussing on what should be the guiding principles and challenges ahead of new india as a nation together is facing and what role will constitution play in order to tie its diverse, unequal population in unity, fraternity and brotherhood.
