Thank you sir I'm from North East Texas I got a 410 shotgun I'm in West Texas Pecos to be exact I have a Catahoula bulldog a tree squirrels and hunt hogs back home goods so we're going to try quail and some rabbits was not sure how to prepare the quail but now I know it's almost tell most 8:00 I got to get going but thank you for your lesson I'm sure it will be delicious and I'm not a big fan of garlic neither
Follow-up to my last comment. I just cooked up some quail according to your recipe. Very tasty, indeed. Though, i made one minor change by suggestion of a co-worker...i fried mine in red wine rather than oil. Thanks for the video!
Wow my Lord that looks good Sir. You said you went on a quail shoot. Did you bag Bobwhite Quail. I understand Bobwhite Quails have white breast meat. Can’t find Bobwhite quail any where in the market.

They turned out beautiful. What kind of oil do you use? I like to use lard on occasion myself if I don't have peanut oil.
