You can indeed copy mana rocks, but you do need to cast something else on the stack, then activate ulaleks ability. It’s actually insane value, because you can have echos of eternity on the field, cast hedron archive, cast any flash Eldrazi, echos activates, which also triggers ulalek, and you can double it and you get double of everything on the stack

Could be high power but not like tier 1 or even 3 cedh, i mean cedh is a mindset but it wouldn't win a tournament

"going to dominate cEDH" spoken like a true casual player that doesn't play cEDH. Nice vid, but this will see exactly 0 play in cEDH for very very good reason.

Fair enough, I have only played a couple of CEDH games, my personal preference is it still could go crazy.

    Correct me if im wrong:
I think you need multiple cards with access to flash for your spells like Liberator, Urza's Battle Thopter and Skittering Cicada.
For example: Thought-Knot Seer will never ever trigger multiple times since it is an ETB. Same goes for the first part of the Solemn Simulacrum effect. You can only pay the additional 2 while casting an Eldrazi spell and if there are not a ton of Eldrazi tribal Instants you will almost never be able to copy an ETB.
You mentioned at the beginning that you got a lot ETB's included and it wont work without flash access i guess.
Like i said, please correct me if im wrong, but spells you control are only spells as long as they are on the stack, correct? When it hits the battlefield it's a permanent or a card and can't be copied unless it has any activated or triggered abilities which will trigger or can be activated while an Eldrazi spell is on the stack.
Im just playing for 2 years now and im so excited for the new deck, i already pre-ordered it and also got the last one from Commander Masters so i got almost every single card you mentioned already 😅. So yeah would be great to know if im correct and if i should consider running my mentioned cards for absolute insanity.😅

You are correct, you would need to cast creatures with flash, instants or activate abilities after casting one eldrazi, since his ability copies your spells and abilities on the stack

I see this doing two big things 1 you can make 2 eldrazi instead of 1 unless its legendary. Number two many eldrazi have on cast effects (like all the titans) and those on cast effects can be copied. If you have a flash eldrazi you could stack some other spells below and copy them but that seems harder and not as effective, but if pulled off with annihilator on the stack it would get crazy.

    Higher powered commander sure...
    But CEDH? Not even close.

    “Gonna dominate cedh”????
    One man’s opinion;
You shouldn’t put that in the thumbnail if you don’t play cedh. I was waiting for the card that’s a staple util I heard you say the commander actually was the thing that’s meant to dominate cedh. This card isn’t gonna sniff a cedh pod.
    Namaste 🖖

Not sure I agree good fellow. I was not referring to the full deck tech but the commander card itself with having access to all colours and being an eldrazi - it can be absolutely insane with your standard Dockside and Crypt includes etc.

@@UNIVERSESBEYOND It's definitely not good enough for cEDH. First off, there's no way it's sticking around even if it does hit the board. Second, it doesn't do anything the turn it hits play. Even if you do get a turn cycle with it and you ramped this out, you're talking about filling your deck with generically bad eldrazi that are cheaper just to be able to trigger the ability. People are going to be winning the game turn 5, sometimes sooner in cEDH. They'll just look at your commander and just be like... "okay, I do my combo and win?"

@@UNIVERSESBEYOND i guess the title was kind of misleading then. But yeah as the other guy said i still dont think this commander has much potential. The value it provides is negligible compared to most top level cedh commanders and the biggest difference like was already mentioned is this card doesnt do anything by itself. You want card advantage in the command zone OR cards that are just insanely strong such as sisay or najeela. I would like to be wrong tho eldrazi are my favorite

@@Saltymoles sure, I’ve updated the title to say ‘EDH DECK TECH’. However, my opinion is that this could be a solid CEDH commander. You are entitled to your opinion my friend.
