Hi Maggie just want to let you know that I passed both exams, national and Texas State exam and I'm super excited. I wanted to thank you for all your videos they really helped me out so much. Thank you! Also, wanted to let you know that there was a problem on the exam that had to do with compound interest and appreciation in several years. Cant remember the exact wording but it said if house sold for 134,000 5 yrs ago and it has appreciated 8% how much will it cost if it was sold in the next 5 yrs with compound interest. Something like that if you can explain a problem like this for future reference id greatly appreciate it. Thanks again Maggie!! Now to find me a sponsoring broker and get to work.

I'm having issues with the index of rent. Like 1.2 goes to 1.9 , how much will rent go up?
