I was even listening to them in the car on the way to my exam. I had two or three questions right off the bat that happened to just be on the video I was listening to. Hi Maggie just want to let you know that I passed both exams, national and Texas State exam and I'm super excited. I wanted to thank you for all your videos they really helped me out so much. Thank you! Also, wanted to let you know that there was a problem on the exam that had to do with compound interest and appreciation in several years. Cant remember the exact wording but it said if house sold for 134,000 5 yrs ago and it has appreciated 8% how much will it cost if it was sold in the next 5 yrs with compound interest. Something like that if you can explain a problem like this for future reference id greatly appreciate it. Thanks again Maggie!! Now to find me a sponsoring broker and get to work.

@@lifestylewithnazo oh I see. I do not have any training courses for that. I would like to start one though. You need to find a mentor or a broker that will provide training for that stuff. I would suggest posting stuff on social media to start working the people you know.

I'm having issues with the index of rent. Like 1.2 goes to 1.9 , how much will rent go up?

@JustCallMaggie no. The index for rent. Ex rent is 500 with a 1.5 index, index increased to 1.9 . How much did rent go up?
