Dear Maggie, your answer to problem number 8 in this video a)20% is incorrect. 👇 If a buyer wants to purchase a property worth $400,000 and makes a down payment of $80,000. $property minus $downpayment = $Loan amount $400,000 - $80,000 = $320,000 ($320,000 ÷ $400,000) =$0.8 x100=80% the correct answer is d) 80% (LTV) Please be more careful about the information you provide. Your audience trusts you. If they don't catch some of your mistakes, they will learn them from you the wrong way and will soon face an important DRE exam for their future career. ❤🙏

Hello dear Maggie, I know this video was made a year ago and you don't have to answer my question. Anyway I'll write my question here. Thank you for everything The correct answer is as you said for question number 9 ($68,181) but it does not match any of the multiple choice answers and you chose the closest option to the correct number you calculated (c)$66,000). Is it possible like such questions where none of the answers are correct to appear on the exam?

Hi there, please let me know what do you recommend me to do, I’m located is Northern California.
