Bose's dynamic electromagnetic suspension never made it to market despite the existence of impressive prototypes. So a fully magnetic levitation is even less likely to make it. Until a breakthrough of some kind is made regarding magnets, it's just not going to be practical.
remember the promise of "hover boards" having the ability to hover & then it wasn't true? well folks this is also not true, but i do have reason to believe where this is headed, all wheel maneuverability, both front & rear tires turning at the same time but no sphere tire technology.
