A good man who can openly communicate to and to express his emotions effectively to his partner is❤ the greatest blessing to a woman. Both embracing these skills with each other nurtures the relationship and sustains it. "One-sided relationships" are not relationships.

And he knew he lost interest in me by month 3 of our 4 and half relationship, and he still continued leading me on. Giving me hope. I think that is what hurt the most. My hope being shattered. I don't know if I believe anything he ever told me 😭 but I am slowly healing. I deserve better. Someone who won't push me away, be cold to me and won't give me excuses. Who treats me like a priority and not an option. He also said I was just an option. That hurt me, too. Makes me wonder if he had other options on the side just in case we didn't work out 😭 and the fact that now he is hanging out with a girl he met a week before our breakup makes me wonder if the real reason he broke up with me was to be with other women 😭 I wasn't good enough. Sometimes I feel like that. But nope, I need to tell myself he wasn't good enough for me!!!!

Waiting for a better time to share my thoughts when he’s more at ease is not dismissing my feelings but it’s knowing at that moment I need to be his peace and when he in a better space of mind I can share my thoughts with him with love.

He used my ability to put him above my own needs against me. I compromised and was able to put myself in his shoes. Down to changing the type of toilet paper I used for over 30 years. It may seem small but small things shouldn’t be overlooked because I compromised on big things like empathizing with his lack of not being able to control his temperament when he was rattled about something. I would say it’s not about you, yet when I suggested counseling I became the enemy. All you can do is try but some of these people have a “slave mentality” and are never satisfied with anything you do, because to them you are their puppet who they are pulling the emotional strings with. Dysfunctional or toxic relationships are definitely NOT a blessing. A GOOD man is willing/able to communicate & express feelings while also capable of empathy & understanding those of his partner. It takes BOTH people being emotionally mature, open, nurturing, & willing to make the effort... Addressing conflict with humility & unselfish concern for each other's needs is important for growth & true connection.

Here's what I do not understand - why are men constantly talking about how women are all about their feelings when since the beginning of time men have been absolutely unconcerned about the feelings and thoughts of women. Men have been blind to how women feel and the reality is men have beem wrongly socialized to think that they were created to 'lead' women when in fact both men and women were created to help and serve each other. Now if more men understood this philosophy there would be more successful relationships.

People think “good” means “right” nothing wrong with a good man but just bc he is a good man doesn’t make him the RIGHT man. The RIGHT man is gonna be good automatically bc good comes with being right! I think that’s why oftentimes good men get cheated on bc although they are good they aren’t right for that particular woman, same the other way around. You can be good but if you not right for that person then you will experience all the heartbreak that accompanies being a “good man” but not having that “good woman” to hold you down. If you’re a good man then instead of looking for a “good woman” look for the “RIGHT woman” and vise versa! Stop looking for somebody “good” and look for somebody who is RIGHT

Sometimes men just do the most stupidest things to please other people without even thinking of his wife first then thinks later. It’s so hurtful but a woman in love puts all his feelings first worried to hurt his feelings.. I’m really getting over relationships already..
our job as ladies is always to be desired by your old man..
once he doesn’t desire you anymore relationship is pretty much useless unless you in for something in return

@JeffersonRah Facts💯 Most women think that. That's because they're dealing with males.. not men! Most guys do get in relationships to secure daily intimacy. We do need sex! But not all of us make sex the only focus. I've had genuine intentions for women and still got burned. But of course, we're always the villains in the end. We all must choose what we're willing to tolerate. None of us are perfect.

I hung up in his face for scolding me like a child over something petty. I asked him what did he think about Robert F. Kennedy as a candidate on the ballot . He went on a rant, talking about Trump and all this other stuff he cannot control. He went on several rants, about Father’s Day, his son’s mother, etc. during the course of our situation-ship. He is a bully and immature, always trying to control me. He called me back. I didn’t answer. He left me a message stating we need to take a break. I texted him your wish is my command. I feel a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders, tired of pouring into a grown baby! Glad, I never slept with him! He will not have to worry about me calling him again.

I Absolutely Agree & I personally ✋🏽Affirm this message for the Life of, Success of and Longevity of The Relationship ESPECIALLY A MARRIAGE! ❤ key word here is a "GOOD MAN" ..MEN just like Women MUST BE VETTED in Consistent Actions, Attitude, Temperament (Love walk) This is "The Fruit" that you are looking for and judging (just like in the grocery store you judge and inspect the fruit for freshness, no punctures, no rotteness no major bruising before purchasing it) before you can call them "Good" Not solely based on how they make you feel or how they look and how much money they have/make, how they dress what they drive ect... that means NOTHING!!! And Says NOTHING of The Character, Integrity, & Motives of The Man or Woman.

In my experience, the more I pour into a person, the more I get taken for granted. I don’t believe it’s intention but once he pass that threshold of being used to getting what he wants it’s almost impossible to make him see that he’s taking me for granted. I feel used and he’s not pouring into me. (Don’t come at me, I realize it’s the wrong man, but this is every man I meet. Where are these good ones?)

Lol but you get what you give. No woman is going to hold a man up who doesn't hold her up.
And yes, Women are the feeling/emotional aspect in a relationship and men are supposed to be the rational/grounding aspect. When a man is in his feminine too much then of course she's not going to put up with dealing with his mood swings. Smh. A lot of Men need to grow a pair.

    • @Okunniger_Volker

That's the most ridiculous thing I've read today.
Men have feelings even if you lack the empathy to pick up on them, if men having feelings is feminine then feeling is no longer feminine because all men have feelings and to say otherwise is a obvious attempt at dehumanizing men.
But yes men are the rational ones and with that "energies" is a cope for immaturity. But birds of a feather.
