Pin is when you can't move a piece or pawn either because you would be in check (=absolute pin) or because you would lose material quality (=relative pin)

Blitz: chess, but you only have 3-5 minutes total to play your moves.
Pin: A king/queen is pinned if there's an enemy piece attacking it, but one of your pieces is blocking that attack. Now that piece can't move because you can't move into check, and is said to be pinned.
